Works great, but big
day 2, and its keeping my tank at 25° c like i asked it to. it would be a 5 star, except how big it is and how big the plastic gaps are. It's perfectly sized if you only have regular fish. Unfortunately I have six kuhli loaches in my 10 gal and I'm living in fear that they're going to get between the gaps. Next cleaning I'm going to switch out my catfish and the loaches so they'll be safe, just waiting for my new gravel vacuum to arrive. With the size issue, if you have a 15 gallon it wouldnt be a big deal, or if you only have a few fish in your 10 it'll be fine. But i bought 2, as i also have a 6.5 and I had to take it out due to the size of it as i have 5 panda catfish in that tank and it took up too much room. To clarify, they are upfront on its size - I just suck at visualizing and didn't think it'd be is cumbersome as it was.

This item came broken, right out of the package. Broken glass falling down on my feet!! Very disappointing. There was no foam or bubble wrap within the box this aquarium heater is packaged in by the manufacturer. I feel foam or bubble wrap would have prevented this item from being broken during shipping and handling.

Waste of money
Cord is less than 2 feet long, can't use it without and extension cord. Very disappointing not worth the money!!

It over heated my tank to 94 degrees and killed my fish. I took out of the water and it melted!

I bought two of these heaters. One is leaking and boiling in the inside. I shut both of them down.
