Black Box Sauvignon Blanc White Wine, 3 L Box

For a box wine it is a good quality as a nice flavor and I've served it to my friends and they had no idea it came from a box. I would recommend trying this one if you're on a budget.

Nice fresh taste

Black Box wine is very good and should not be slept on. It stays super fresh and there's about bottles of wine. Their sauvignon blanc is very nice and crisp. It's very light and the stays very fresh for a long time in your refrigerator.

Okay for the price

For a wine that comes in a box this is definitely better than most . This wine isn't top tier but I wouldn't put it at the bottom either compared to bottled wines. For the price you pay it's worth having for a larger gathering or in a sangria

I usually have good luck with Black Box wines. Upon opening it, this one had turned a dark yellow/orange and tasted like sickly sweet vinegar. Unfortunately, Wal-Mart does allow returns on wine, so that's a bummer.

Wrong item

I love Sauvignon Blanc wine, and have recently started trying box wines because I seem to be enjoying wine more and more these days (grin/grimace). Anyway, box wine is more economical, so I thought I give them a try. I very much enjoyed Sauvignon Blanc from Bota box, but the grocery store I went to replenish the wine was out of it so I tried the Black Box. It is terrible. I'm not super picky, and have had many a questionable bottle, but I honestly cannot drink this. Yes, I know wine snobs will say, "What do you expect from a box of wine?" What I will say is that I've heard they can be decent, but this one is not it.
