Will be returning this item
Used this jack for the first time and the two piece dual purpose handle used to raise and lower the piston sheared at the retaining pin. The jack cylinder also leaked small amounts of hydraulic fluid in use, but the piston did hold in place without a problem. My major complaint is the poor quality of the light weight two piece handle that seems inadequate for this jack.

Poor Quality Bottle Jack
Tried it out, followed the instructions and got it to go up, but no matter what I have tried it will not go down. I have to return it for a refund.
