Fresh item received in good condition
My nurse practitioner advised me to eat chia seeds to reduce my cholesterol. I mix them in with yogurt and sprinkle them on salads. They can be eaten alone but do not have much flavor.

I was just reading the back of this label and in fine print, there's a warning of exposure to lead. Why would this product expose you to lead?
