This is the. Real deal of cheddar cheese. It's like a cheese shop cheese the expensive ones with nothing but cheese ! This cheese is like the one mother would buy 50-60 years ago that sat under a big dome in a large wheel shape I think you get this if you're a cheese lover I serve this with fruit wine and crackers. Tho it melts some it's best to enjoy it as is it's perfect.
I love very sharp cheddar. This is about 90 percent as good as some very expensive cheddar, but at a Walmart price. It is my go to cheese for enjoying as an indulgence. Taste is incredible, texture is very good. Aftertaste is surprisingly good. Try this, it's that good.
This is a well-aged sharo white cheddar with a robust sharpness, but not overpowering. It is dry, a bit crumbly, and flaky as it should be. The price is fair considering the quality and the obvious, legitimate aging. Could it be better? Yes, with longer aging to help develop calcium lactate crystals, which further enhances the shapness, but overall, a great cheese at a fair price. I would recommend.
This is a staple in our home for everyday snacking and for guests when we make charcuterie boards. Great sharp cheese at a great price point. Try it as you will love it too!
Delish but might break apart while slicing. If you're cooking with it, that won't matter but if you want it with crackers, I wouldn't use a cheese slicer as it might crumble. Also cutting it at the right temperature would also help.
The taste and texture is comparable to old fashioned non-commercial cheese. The kind you get in a Vermont road side stand. It's very good and it will become our go-to cheese for everyday or gatherings.
We like chicken taco soup but, when you add this cheese it takes the soup up several knotches. If you like sharp cheddar you will love this one.The price is also fair. You have to try this but leave some for me.
OMG, this extra sharp cheddar was amazing. It definitely had a sharp taste, and shredded and sliced well. A little hard compared to regular cheddar cheese, but that's normal for this type of cheddar. It was so good! Recommend!
The cheese taste was excellent, sharp, aged texture and taste. Best for slicing rather than grading into sauces (however, that is exactly what I used it for). Crumbly to grate. Overall if you like a white SHARP ( stinky cheese) we called in growing up in the country. Certainly not a sweet cheese, melts great!!
Very good extra sharp Cheddar. Not up to Tellemook Aged Extra Sharp Cheddar but it's the closest I can find. I wish it could be more aged for more flavor.
