Black Creek® Artisan Series Double Smoked Cheddar Cheese, 7 oz Bar

NOT a cheese expert- this is really good. Smooth texture and not overly smokey flavor. I have been seeking a smoked cheddar as good as the Amish made one I had when I was young. Still haven't found it, but this is one of the better ones I have tried. Sometimes smoked cheeses get particularly rubbery, this just has the usual rubber (maybe I'll have to find the correct term for this.) Extremely edible cheese splurge, served to myself at my computer desk with Ritz veggie crackers and black olives.

BEST creamy smooth deep deep smokey smoked cheese that I have ever eaten. I gave my sister and construction worker a bite on same day. They both closed their eyes while savoring the cheese richness. Next words both said what is that!!! It is so good it takes u by surprise. I will be keep it on my shopping list

excellent taste. the smoke is not overpowering. it melted and browned very nicely. i used this in a frittata with broccoli. compliment the eggs and broccoli without overwhelming the flavors

I love cheeses and am always looking for something unique to try. Smoked cheeses tend to be a favorite- and I was excited to see a 'double smoked' cheddar. This cheese has a nice, soft, easy to cut texture at room temperature. It has a flavorful smoked taste without being too strong or smoky. The cheddar flavor is relatively mild and not very sharp. Overall, I enjoyed the flavor and texture of cheese, it would go very well with a thick wheat cracker or paired with a dry sausage.

Blac Creek double smoked cheddar cheese is delicious. I love the low in calorie and natural ingredients. Simple ingredients and the taste backs that up. This cheese is affordable and easy to locate in stores. You can taste the double smoke, and it smells just as good as looks.

Good hint of smoky flavor with rich taste of cheddar. It's not too salty or overwhelmingly smoked in flavor either. I have never had smoked cheddar cheese before and it is a new addition to my favorites. Would purchase again depending on the dish prepared.

I am a big fan of cheese and especially smoked cheese. This product definitely doesn't disappoint with its smoky flavor though I felt it was a little grainy with a burnt aftertaste. In spite of that, this is not a bad option if you want a smoky cheese and no other options are available at your store. I would buy it again.

The cheese was moldy and no good. When I received the cheese it wasn't sealed properly and was molded.
