Tasty
It taste more like Gruyere with Cheddar notes, and I love it. Maybe I have a hard time tasting cheddar since I usually find cheddar tasteless. Not with Black Creek. Take that as you will. It also melt pretty good like a mix of cheddar and gruyere. I love it with my eggs.

Best Cheese
This cheese has an amazing taste needs to come in bigger chucks for lasting longer ...but i highly recommend this for melting and eating with crackers

Tasty: White Cheddar-Gruyère Swiss blend
Black Creek makes this unusual cheese which has a softer texture. The taste is white cheddar mixed with Gruyère Swiss. It's really good. This was the first time it made my shopping list, but I'd buy it again.
