[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this blower along with the mower the hedge trimmer and string trimmer. All of these products and exceeded my expectations. The blower makes yard and property clean up a “breeze”. As soon as fall arrived I was the envy of the neighborhood, I even helped some neighbors that were overwhelmed with fallen leaves. I love the 60 volt lineup and can't wait to see what else DeWalt adds to it. Can I suggest a battery powered weed sprayer?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Blower is the Best out of all battery operated blowers I took for a test drive before I made a final decision to purchase the Flexvolt 60V Max. Battery time was better than the closest competitor, The Flexvolt 60v battery lasted 22 minutes longer it's challenger. Cfm flow was checked on all considered battery blowers that were in the same voltage range as the flexvolt 60v. The flexvolt 60v beat the runner up by 105 cfm. This was measured both with a wind vane anemometer and a hot wire anemometer both were within 2.7 cfm when measured with the same blower. So far to date I have owned the Dewalt Flexvolt 60 for 7 months and have not had any issues and it seems to preform as well today as it did when I 1st used it, Great universal blower with the Heart of a Lion.
I love this blower. Good run time, good performance with 9 AH battery [flex]. Porch, garage, patio.. air dry my car.. on one charge, and then use same battery in my chainsaw.. love it!! Great for a home owner. Only issue, lefties might dislike for the suction vent against your leg.
I bought this unit to replace a commercial unit we had at our church for 15 years. It is lighter and the run time with 9 amp battery is about an hour. It has about the same power as the old unit, and is a lot quieter. I see some of the landscape services are also switching.
I have over 50 trees on my property and fall is always painful with the number of leaves I have to move around. Charged up the battery and blew through some very large piles of leaves. This worked better than my electric hog blower. Then took it up on the roof - Given it is lightweight and cordless I was able to easily hold in one hand to clear out the gutters. On full blast the battery lasts about 30 - 45 minutes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because i was tired of fighing the cord through leaf piles and also tired of the blowers struggling to push wet leaves. This solved both issues and seems to work as well as the gas blower I borrowed last year.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this to blow up our inflatable paintball barriers. Works amazingly! Lasts through 15 of them, charges fast. Takes a third of the time other lesser blowers take. Love this thing. Battery charges fast. Use it almost every weekend.
I purchased in Sep 2017 to use up at a vacation home. I visit there a few times a year and use this tool very infrequently. A few months ago, it completely died. Did some troubleshooting and it's dead. I pull the trigger, it seems to want to wind up momentarily, but dies. Now my decision is buy a bare tool or send in for repair for about the same price. For comparison, my Ryobi 18v blower has been running strong for 10 years now at my primary residence in which I use weekly! Disappointed!
I bought this after I purchased and returned the axial style blower. This one was way worst. Returned that day. Neither this blower or the axial blower would blow small clumps of mulched grass of the sidewalk. I had high expectations from the flexvolt blowers after being extremely happy with the flex volt grass trimmer and chainsaw. I really expected more from this tool. A lot more. Good luck trying to blow leaves with this. I hope there will be an updated version of this. I would gladly sacrifice battery life to achieve more blowing force. For now I have to look outside the dewalt line for a blower.
Bought this dcbl770 dewalt leaf blower It worked great for 2 falls with medium use. Wemt to blow some light snow off Mr vehicles today worked for one battery use then a few minutes on a second Battery started clicking and not working tried again tries to go bit can smell the electric .poor burning up. For the price you would expect a long life, not very cost affective for junk. Dewalt you need to do better.
