Black Horse Exceed Running Board Compatible with 2020-2021 Jeep

These were a good purchase. Easier in and out on my Explorer, and wide enough for a firm step-up.

These running boards fit perfectly, wife had 3 back and 2 hip surgeries making it hard to enter the vehicle, these running boards are it much easier to enter the vehicle.

They look good on my 2017 Edge, and a big help getting in and out of the doors. Well worth the money. LG

The instructions were a joke, it was literally a parts break down. Once I installed them, I noticed that they rattle between the plastic and the metal. If it wasn't for the fact that they at least look good, I would have given them a two star. I wouldn't recommend them.

Arrows on instructions were BLACK on BLACK , hard to see illustrations. Welded bolt/ bracket needs to be adjusted to make it easier for it to stay in frame hole while tightening.

The running boards for my 2017 KIA Sedona came promptly from the distributor, Running Board Warehouse. Everything seemed to be in order and complete. However, what was identified as "Installation Instruction" were no such thing. The instructions were nothing more that a glorified parts list. There were no installation instructions. I'm pretty mechanically inclined and have installed running boards before but these took a lot of head scratching and trial & error. Some of the t-nuts fell into the chassis and couldn't be retrieved. Running Board Warehouse was able to quickly ship replacement parts but Black Horse was totally non-responsive to my repeated requests for installation assistance. I ended up taking my vehicle to a professional accessory installer to complete the installation.....therefore my 2 star rating.

I cannot review something that I have not received. I paid for them, but they are nowhere in sight. I am considering canceling them.

I have had these less then 4 months and they are falling apart. The fake chrome has separated from the board in most places So disappointed. Should have gone to Mopar. It's only a matter of time before I take them off and replace. Don't waste your money. I'll never shop here again.

Instructions were very vague. Had to make our own mounting hardware. Went to a Chevy/ Jeep dealer and they could not provide any help. Needless to say I don't think I'd buy again.
