Black India Waterproof

This is my first time trying this ink, and it's great! I've been using it with a fountain pen to draw and write, and I have no issues so far. I love how pigmented it is. It gives really strong lines

Deep black color, smooth and even writing. Much better than the other bottle I had.

I bought the non-waterproof Higgins ink for use in my watercolors. I love it. It allows wonderful effects in line and wash pictures and is as dark as the waterproof ink. It can be re-wet in the palette wells, which is a major plus for me. Once on the paper, it can be blended nicely at various dilutions. It really opens up a whole range of possibilities for traditional and experimental watercolor work. I'm happy Jerry's carries it. I don't know if anyone makes non-waterproof inks in other colors, but that's the only thing I'd hope for besides having the regular black.
