Use this EVERY DAY with my patients at work. It ends up behind their back for lumbar support if needed, or under their bum to provide some wiggle and promote attention. It's a great resource for a pediatric OT.

Balance ball
The prickly side is a little hard on my feet unless I wear thick socks. I turned it over when I am bare foot. It has been good post stroke balance therapy

Helps keep ankles flexible
Not as sturdy as the one I use at physical therapy. I don't want to put full weight on but does the trick for keeping feet and ankles flexible.

Poor quality and design
The plastic is thin and poor quality. Mine has a leak before I even got to use it. Have to return now.

Not what I thought. I thought this had a flat bottom. It is rounded on the bottom too.
