Great sturdy, well made tricep rope.
I did not feel comfortable using the tricep role attachment at the gym as the rope, because it is rope, is not easily sanitized. This personal rope is perfect as it fits in a small bag I can take to the gym. The rubber ends are quite comfortable. I use it daily and was quite pleased with the quick delivery.

Gets the job done
This gets the job done. Compared to others I've owned it's of slightly lower quality (especially the handles/ends), but for what you're paying this is perfect!
