Black Radiance Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner - Black Velvet

Great value. I'm new to liquid eyeliner, but I love that it dries quickly and doesn't smear.

Easy to use. Give a nice sharp line and is truly waterproof.

Although there were only two reviews, I decided to try this eyeliner because of the price. I figured that if it didn't work, I wouldn't be out of too much money. Honestly speaking, I'm glad that I decided to try this eyeliner because it stays put until I remove it at the end of the day. I have a habit of forgetting that I'm wearing eyeliner and rubbing my eyes if something gets in them; ending up in that "raccoon" look. I did the same thing while wearing this eyeliner and it didn't smear or smudge. My suggestion is to apply a layer on and let it dry before adding another layer. I also suggest removing it with coconut oil because simply using plain water and a washcloth won't remove it.

The product lives up to its description, love the product, it can go up against any high end eyeliner.

I didn't really like this one too much because of the fact that when you put it on, it's like it's it peels off and then it gets clumpy to your eyelashes and it sticks and the brush to where you put it on. Isn't it kind of thick it's really really thin and I just some people like that but I like that my brush to be kind of thick and glide on and I like it to have a smooth finish and just stay on there and not be like a plastic and then I have to peel it off and it starts peeling during the day. I just didn't like that. It wasn't for me. Isolation.

i wish i had openned product sooner. it burns eyelids, is sticky, and hard to remove. i would not recommend. it's like you can feel chemicals on your lids. I would return it but it's been over 2.months since i bought it. I'll try to do that. i've used eyeliner since I was a teen. so many decades without a problem like this.

The bottle color is totally different from the original solid black bottle with gold lettering as depicted on the bottle. Bottle is now light blue and black cap.

The brush is so stiff it left clumps of eyeliner on my eyelid it doesn't flex to spread the liner plus it wasnt the brand I ordered

I ordered Almay and it was substituted with this brand. It smears and is difficult to remove. I will never buy it again!

Very watery, took a couple coats to cover completely. Smears super easy when still wet. Very waterproof after dry, so much so that you have to scrub your eyes even with makeup remover.
