I prefer dark (Blackbeard’s Delight) but Just Black reminds me of the fresh cup of joe you would get back in the day when the waitress used a fresh Bunn machine. Still has a bit of bite and very smooth. Black Rifle has a great line of coffee.
I actually love this coffee. But I absolutely hate that Walmart is making it look like it's $16 cheaper when it's actually $10 more expensive than when I bought it a month ago. Therefore I cannot recommend this anymore due to Walmart's dishonesty in pricing.
This is the BEST coffee out there and I keep seeing it disappear from the grocery apps, which makes me nervous about Black Rifle potentially getting rid of this flavor. PLEASE DON'T, I LOVE THIS COFFEE TOO MUCH!! I switched from Folgers Black Silk to Tactsquatch, but it gave me terrible stomach cramps, so I found this and I don't want anything else, ever!
Good manly cup of joe. Dark roast at its best for complexity, boldness, and overall taste. NOT for those who prefer light coffees or latter frappes crowds I would guess. I put just a little raw sugar in mine. My favorite BR. Tactasquatch great as well.
This is my boyfriend’s go to coffee! It was mine before I quit coffee so I can also say it’s great! Black Rifle is veteran owned and made in USA which is just a plus. This coffee tastes great, we both take our coffee black and yes it’s packed with caffeine! Love love love this coffee!
My coffee was starting to taste bland. First, I blamed it on perhaps old coffee grounds. This rabbit Whole journey took me to using maybe five or six different manufacturers coffee. Including the Italian. Lilli, Lazas, caribou, BlackOut, , Kona, Black Cherry, Dunkin Donut, Peet's and etc. Guess you could say I'm a fussy, medium roast lady. However, then I stumbled on black rifle brand. Tasted quite a few like just black and my crazy neighbors. The taste was smooth and deep for medium roast. The aroma was addicting. My nose and taste buds were dancing in my mouth as I waited for it to drip into my cup. My only issue is the price per ounce as it's almost $.70 an ounce. I'm sure I could save money by brewing a whole pot, but then I'd miss the fun of standing at the coffee maker. So for now, I have found my new brew. Black rifle company mix several different models. I love their advertising on their boxes. Hope you enjoy it bye.
I have not tried a Black Rifle brand of coffee that I didn"t like. But they can get pricey. I started buying the 12 counts of each flavor so I can try out each one and make a decision on which one to buy in bulk. It's a tough decision, but this one is really good and so far, my favorite.
the coffee is good. don't get me wrong on that. but it is overpowering in flavor and strength. the profile is closer to espresso strength than being coffee. its perfect for chilly mornings and as a mid day pick me up, but again, the coffee is a lot stronger than advertised, making it hard to enjoy more than 1 cup a day.
Really like this coffee, and delivery was on time. However, the delivery packaging could be upgraded some. I believe this is the second time I've ordered 3 at a time…and each time the individual boxes of 22 k-cups looked like they've been crushed under heavier packages. Last time I had to throw away 2 of the pods because they had been crushed open.
Its just ok. Not horrible but not exciting either. A few years ago Caribou decided to "blend" my favorite coffee as they did with all their coffee line. It means they decided to dump foldgers or some other cheap coffee in with their good coffee to stretch it or "water it down" and now I cannot find something that I love. I was hoping this would be it but I think this is just another marketing scheme by some larger producer to increase the price on the same old crap.
