The seat is nicely padded with thick firm foam and and meticulously finished with a leather like material that appears like it would last a long time. The chair is comfortable for hours of sitting if necessary. It's sturdy and rated to hold up to 500 pounds of static weight. It's nice to have extra chairs for guests that require a higher weight rating and allows easier mobility. May also prevent other furniture from damage. It's always nice to have extra chairs when you have guests. It does appear that these would be stackable too, to save space when storing, if you wanted to purchase multiples. The top of chair has a built in handle for easy moving. The leg bottoms have protectors to prevent floor damage. I would recommend this chair for anyone looking for extra chairs because they are quality constructed and comfortable.

If you need chairs for a wedding or a banquet hall this would be the perfect chair. This chair is also so comfortable to sit in. I have decided to use it for my makeup chair since I spend a lot of time sitting to do my hair and makeup. I also love how this chair is so sturdy but looks so sleek. The frame is very sturdy and I really like the 18 gauge steel legs and that it holds up to 500 pounds. The powder coated finish stands up to use and there are non-marring floor guides to protect our floor. This chair stands up to lots of use and still looks like new. I am very happy with this Hercules Commercial grade Dome Back stacking Banquet chair and I highly recommend this chair.

It's a lightweight chair but very sturdy. It helps me sit with better posture. I know this chair isn't for doing computer activity's but I wish it was; I wish it had wheels. But this chair is perfectly amazing for any type of dining, party activity, rehearsals, etc
