it works better than any other dehumidifier we have tried. the little ones are just bad. this one takes up as much space as a kitchen trash can and will bring my whole house from 65% to 45% in about an hour and a half. stay daily use in Florida. the pump feature is essential.

Works great. Keeps my basement dry.

Bought 2, one for bedroom and one for spare room for the summertime when extreme humidity is in those rooms away from air conditioning. They work perfectly!!

I had a little trouble getting the casters in, but I have arthritis in my hands and wrists so I don't have as much strength as I used to. Otherwise, it was easy to set up and instructions were easy to follow. I think it will work well for me this summer.

Using this in an storage area and its working awesome. The units is heavy duty and started pulling moisture out of the air within minutes. So far very happy.

The unit seems to be working well. The only issue I have is that the hose came crimped and is virtually unusable.

Bucket broke within a short time. This is my second unit. The first one failed also. Thought I would try again. This time I purchased the extended warranty with Equity Brands. It has been more than a month, and they still have not replaced the item. Have wasted my time and given me the “run around.” Sent a totally inferior replacement. Take days to respond to emails if they respond at all. Terrible service. I feel ripped off. I recommend staying away from Black %26 Decker and the alleged extended warranty by Equity Brands. I have to go out today to buy a new unit because I really need it, and Equity Brands is dragging their feet. If they ever actually make good on the warranty I will then have 2 units. Total disappointment.

Dehumidifier was cracked in the back when received it. Dont care to have wifi on a dehumidifier because of the electric components may go out sooner. Bucket is very small for such a big dehumidifier. Dont care to have drainage hose on dehumidifier. Instructions do not provide enough information
