I was skeptical because there weren't many reviews but this works excellently! I purchased this for my son's room which has poor insulation and gets a lot of heat because it's on the west side of our house, it has worked like a day. My husband set it up and it didn't take very long to get it running, it stays cold and it's quiet. it works as well as at an in window unit

Easy, easy setup. I will never go back to the window AC unit. I purchased the 8000 BTU and it works great. With my ceiling fan it cools my whole upstairs. I could not have purchased a better unit. Thank you!

This is a great little unit! We are using it in a small bedroom, and it works best when you don't wait until it's 80 degrees to turn it on. If you start it earlier and give it some time, it cools well. Don't buy it for a large space though, it won't do enough :)

I needed something quick, to keep a 12x12 guest room cool. This was the perfect fit!!! This is my favorite Black%26Decker product I have ever purchased.

My problem is both with the product description and Walmart lack of full refund the unit does not fit my windows. I tried to return the UNOPENED unit and only got a partial refund. This STINKS - I was out $100 I couldn't believe such a bad return policy!!!!!

item arrived with damaged sensors. I called 1800 Walmart and was told to NOT O RETURN the AC because I was a hazardous item. associate Jen assured the return of my money which has not happened since July the 3rd. I made repetitive calls to 1800Walmart and everyone assured me to return my money. HAS NOT HAPPENED YET. What a headache this has been.

This thing is noisy even without my hearing aids

Worked for 4 hours. I got it last night and already isn't cooling. Tube isn't even getting hot! “Not available for return”
