This toaster has three dials for toasting from frozen bagel toast to levels of dark toast. it thaws out a frozen waffle and toast it after it thawed it out toasting the waffle prefect. The Toaster strudel great as well nothing burned. This is a very reasonable priced toaster.I price it at other local retailers and it was ten dollars more. also can buy a warranty with this reasonable in price. This product is worth its value and the prices reasonable very affordable.

Love this toaster!! 4 wide slots for toast, waffles, bagels! Ejects everything nicely. Clean up is a breeze with the removeable bottoms. I love the frozen and cancel buttons on it! No issues thus far. Stainless steel to match the rest of our appliances. It's toasted everything quite well with no problems over the past couple of months we've had it.

My last toaster was some OFF brand and it was only 2 years old. It wouldn't brown the bread, if adjusted the dial the items would be cold. I had Black and Decker in the past and never had issues, so I bought this one. Works well and once again, my daughter's frozen waffles are toasted to perfection. The slot size is generous and I like the dial with different toast settings. Great price point, too.

The four slots are fantastic and are wide enough for toasting bagels with their own setting. There is a lever for raising the hot toast up higher so that you can pull it out without burning your fingers. It has a wide range of settings for each side (2 slices) so that you can toast it exactly the way you like it. I’m enjoying this toaster very much.

The functions and performance are wonderful. It falls short of what I’d call a wide slot. If you’re toasting anything wider than standard sliced bread, you have to work it into the slot. Once we use it a while, it might loosen up a bit. I’d recommend it if you’re not toasting oversized bagels.

I purchased this to replace my older Black and Decker wide slot toaster that I had had for years and had purchased at Walmart. I was a bit disappointed when I unboxed this toaster. This toaster is much more lightweight, the slots are not nearly as wide or as long as the previous toaster. It appears to be quite cheaply made. But, it does make a great slice of toast, and the bagel toast function works well. Next time I'm ready to purchase a new toaster, I'll probably look to another brand that is more substantially made.

Toaster worked fine for the first two or three months, but then it slowly stopped toasting the way it was before. Had to gradually move up to a higher number for both sides so that it could continue to toast correctly. What used to be a two slowly became a three and then now as a four. Does not last very long.

Unfortunately I can’t give this a good rating. It will toast your bread but you have to watch it and take it out and turn it around to keep it from burning on one side and barely toasting the other side! This is the second new toaster that I have had this problem with. I wish we could still buy the toaster from years ago before they did whatever they did to change the heating elements!!

This toaster has been a problem since the day we bought it. The right side doesn’t push down very well, so you have to be very gentle with it. Both sides don’t toast anything well and are VERY inconsistent. I had it turned all the way up, and my bagel popped up after about 30 seconds. Definitely would kit recommend!
