The steamer works exactly as expected and was a great price. The small tank capacity leads to needing frequent refills so it's not ideal for cleaning more than a couple garments at a time but that's to be expected from something as compact as this. I just needed something cheap in a pinch to freshen up my suit and the Black %26 Decker Compact Garment Steamer filled that role exceptionally

Works great. Put water in the container, plug it and wait 30 seconds before you can start. It is practical since you can just hang the garment and steam it to remove all wrinkles. It is small enough for you to travel with it. The only downside is that it only lasts 6 minutes before you have to stop and fill with more water. It doesn't take long to refill (30 seconds maybe). But not practical if you have to do a bunch of clothes.

I use this steamer daily. I bought it to replace one I broke. I'm really glad I purchased this because it worked way better than the one I used to have. sometimes I even use it to clean up small messes on my countertops. so far, it works great and gets wrinkles out really well.

This Little thing WORKS! It does exactly what it is supposed to do and is super compact. I will say for one shirt you may have to fill it up 2 times (Or more depending on your clothing size). My clothing is a size small and I usually have to do 1 extra refill per item.

I bought this for my suits it was great the only issue is that it is one garment per fill up of water within the reservoir … with that being said one blazer one fill up as with the pants and so on if you have a vest also … other things Han that it works fine for me … not trying to do furniture or curtains great for your clothes

First time using a steamer. Tried with newly bought shower curtains and bedding items. Maybe the folding creases are too stong to be removed with the steamer; however, it worked fairy.. I didn't have time to return it, and I don't know other products to compare, so I am keeping it. How to use instruction should have been included in the box. I watched a couple of YouTube videos.

Pro's. It was in stock and delivered quickly. The water heats quickly. Very easy to use. Cons: The steamer itself is bigger than i anticipated but the water reservoir is small. Thus requiring several refills for each item. Leaks if tilted forward while steaming garment. Overall: Yes, I'd still recommend for the price, ease, and effectiveness.

I bought this item online and picked up at the store. when i got it home the box didn't seem new. when i opened it the steamer was not in packaging but the packaging was stuffed down in the box. there was also still water in the tank. clearly this device had been used then returned. I'm sure it works fine but did nobody even bother checking? is this normal for returned items? you just sell them to the next pick up order? pitiful

This item came very obviously previously used. It was scotch-taped shut. It had been previously used because there was water droplets in the holding tank. The cord was unwrapped and re-wrapped. I'm very disappointed that this was presented to me as a “new” item. I would like customer service to reach out to me concerning this obviously previously used item.

It worked until it didn't. Which was the 3rd item. I tested a shirt, then did my daughter's graduation dress. While doing her dress, the button popped off. I got it back on and it was still working. Then I changed to her Graduation Gown. I couldn't get it to turn back on. Finally I got it but it didn't work great. By the time I got to her sash it had stopped working altogether. I will be returning this item.
