The steamer works exactly as expected and was a great price. The small tank capacity leads to needing frequent refills so it's not ideal for cleaning more than a couple garments at a time but that's to be expected from something as compact as this. I just needed something cheap in a pinch to freshen up my suit and the Black %26 Decker Compact Garment Steamer filled that role exceptionally

Works great. Put water in the container, plug it and wait 30 seconds before you can start. It is practical since you can just hang the garment and steam it to remove all wrinkles. It is small enough for you to travel with it. The only downside is that it only lasts 6 minutes before you have to stop and fill with more water. It doesn't take long to refill (30 seconds maybe). But not practical if you have to do a bunch of clothes.

This steamer works great. It steams up quickly and puts out good steam. I do wish the water container was larger, it uses the water up pretty fast. It's lightweight and easy to handle. It's a good size for use when traveling. It took out the wrinkles in 2 skirts quickly and no real effort was used. The steamer works very well. It looks like you steam ironed your clothes.

I bought it on the spur of the moment when about to travel out of town for a funeral just in case it was needed. I didn't need to use it, but my sister did. Her husband‘s shirt had gotten really wrinkled and had a lot of deep wrinkles from traveling. She used it and was able to get the wrinkles out and the shirt looked nice for him to wear to the funeral.

Used one exactly like this one to remove the wrinkles from my son's graduation gown and it worked incredibly. I will be returning this one bc fortunately for myself I found one 50% off on Amazon. Since I had already purchased it and Walmart is ab the only dept. store on shop online that doesn't honor the price match guarantee. Even a higher class, Target honors it both online and in-store purchases. But for all the loyal Wal-Mart patrons this review gets 5 ☆'s.

I bought the steamer to take out wrinkles on polyester tablecloths and tapestries. It does not take them out. but it is fabulous for removing wrinkles on my clothing, anything cotton or cotton blend. well worth the money, use an iron if you are dealing with polyester.

I bought this for my suits it was great the only issue is that it is one garment per fill up of water within the reservoir … with that being said one blazer one fill up as with the pants and so on if you have a vest also … other things Han that it works fine for me … not trying to do furniture or curtains great for your clothes

My previous steamer, which was also Black and Decker but bigger, gave out suddenly. I liked it but apparently they no longer make it. So I got this one. But I'm not sure I will keep it. I only tried it once, but compared to my previous one, it was disappointing.. It does produce steam, but not so much. You have to keep pressing the button. And the reservoir is a pain to refill and impossible to dry, because the opening is smaller than a dime. On the plus side, it's inexpensive, and might be good for someone who only occasionally needs a steamer, or for someone traveling.

Its nice and small to use. However it doesn't work on the items I bought it for. At 1st I thought because the garment wasn't freshly washed and had been sitting with wrinkles for a while. Then i tried it on an item fresh out the wash. No deal. Took me 4 times to fill the water to even come to "meh"

I'm surprised to see so many 4 and 5 star reviews, I'm returning it, it didn't take out any wrinkles on my sweater, then I tried it on my dress which is a cotton/polyester blend and I had to fill up the water three times and it started smoking, I immediately unplugged it and my dress is just a bit wrinkled still, I guess it's hit or miss with this steamer, if anyone decides on buying one just be careful
