Spectacularly Improved
I bought this product to replace one I was not fond of, but did the job. This new model addressed any other issues I had and completely changed my opinions. It's much lighter weight, Lithium ion powered, has easily switchable attachments and better at suction than predecessors. A truly great improvement and fierce competitor to any other handheld on the market.

It just didn't have the power I needed. It doesn't pick up litter unless on smooth surface. But I do like to grab to pick up little things that may spill and cat hair.

Unit works okay; user document is lacking.
The vacuum works as described so I have no issues with it. I do have issues with the user documentation which I found to be less than helpful

Worse dustbuster I've ever owned.
Purchased this dustbuster hand vacuum around Christmas time. It has no suction to even pick up a small piece of debrie on the floor. It is a complete disappointment and I would like my money returned. This was not what I expected from a Black and Decker product.
