BLACK+DECKER Hand Vacuum Replacement Pleated Filter, VLPF10

I have a cat so my dustbuster filter gets clogged with cat hair. I can clean the filter but sometimes it's just too clogged. These replacement filters are so easy to replace the old ones with the new and the dustbuster cleans like new.

I used my new B&D hand vac to suck Snapdragon seeds from their pods after they dried open. The filter and grid caught everything. Nothing escaped out the back of the vac, and those seeds are smaller than the head of a pin! So I washed the dirt from the filter under running water with a used toothbrush and although it was still pretty black, it could be reused time and again. No need to replace it after every fill-up if you are diligent about this. But I got two more to have on hand. Many users may not know about the ability to separate the grid from the filter with a simple sliding action for cleaning. I never saw instructions on that. So yes, its a well-made product and user-friendly once you do the initial routine. And I can even use that grid as a sieve to help sprinkle my seeds next planting season! Good job.

Couldn't find in any store and Walmart delivered the next day.

The Black %26 Decker VLPF10 Dustbuster Advanced Clean Replacement Filter does a superb job in collecting dust and debris. Long-lasting as the debris can be shaken from the filter for multiple uses before needing to be replaced with a new filter.

This is a great filter. It does a fantastic job at holding in the dust. However, it doesn't cf it perfectly into the handheld vacuum. It is slightly thicker than the original filter it came with. This cause the vacuum not to close all the way and lock. You have to add pressure while interlocking the pieces to close. Other than that the product is great and the price is FANTASTIC'n

So, it seemed to fit a bit different (and not quite as well) as the original filter. There are some gaps for larger particles of dirt to circumvent the plastic filter cover and go directly to the filter. Still a good replacement.

Way to expensive!
