We were experiencing a natural gas outage due to a leaking gas meter and we had to wait over a week for the repair. In that time our house dropped into the mid 50's. I ordered this blanket from Walmart and received the same day. It was the perfect solution as it made it possible to sleep very comfortably despite the cold. Under normal situations it serves as a good blanket without the need to use power.

I am satisfied with this blanket. My last electric blanket by Biddeford was warmer but apparently caused fires. The heat is good, and I love that it autimatically shuts off after so many hours. That added safety is appreciated.

Excellent product. Soft and easy to clean. Worth every penny.

I love everything about this product except that the heat controller light does not turn off and it is very bright! If you have a difficult time sleeping with light in your room, this might be an issue.

its not very "plushy" but its functional

The wires running throigh the blanket are very stiff. i bought Black and Decker because of the durability of my power tools but this blanket was a fail. It was described as both cream and off white. it is actually taupe. So the structure would be uncomfortable with the stiff wires and the color was mis represented.

Blanket barely got warm, even after increasing the heat to a level %23 10. Immediately processed a return for a full refund. I do NOT recommend this product to anyone. Look for something else.

One side does not work. I have tried unplugging it and using a different outlet. It does not work. How do I get a replacement or refund?

When blanket is set on high the blanket doesn't get warm. I have tried everything but doesn't get warm enough. Also the Dial lights up too bright in the dark. No way to control the brightness of the light. Very dissatisfied!
