I wanted a reasonably priced electric blanket for a queen bed. Its a reputable brand and it was reasonable for a unit with two controls. My husband has circulation problems so he needs an electric blanket when I dont need it, so we can both be confortable.

The blanket has been wonderful. It heats up quickly and the blanket itself is very soft and warm when the extra heat is not needed. The only thing I didn't like was setting up the controls at first - you can't just turn it on and it work properly the first time. After that first set-up, it's been easy to use. Glad I bought it!

After researching numerous electric blankets I choose this Black and Decker blanket due to overall appearance, features and positive reviews. Most important feature to me was that the high temp went to 126 degrees. Much warmer than other blankets. Also I have had positive experiences with previous Black and Decker products.

Nice and soft. I brought this as a gift for a family member. She is able to stay warm on cold nights.

i love this heated blanket. its really soft and warm. i just wish it had one plug to the wall and the cords were longer. i bought another big brand but the blanket felt like polyester. thus blanket is so soft. controllers work as they should. again just want one wall plug and longer cords.

It's a very lightweight blanket but at less than $50, it's a good value. I am not a big fan of the controls because they are cramped in a small space so when you want to adjust it with the lights off, it's easy to hit the wrong button.

We are happy with the blanket except the control dial. The cord is too short to reach very far next to the bed. We have to have it down by the floor. Also, it clicks loudly every time you change numbers of the temperature. This is very annoying to the other person trying to sleep. The control dial is also too bright, it sends out a light into the dark room even though it dims after you adjust it. We are just not happy with the controllers, but the blanket part is fine. Soft, somewhat thin, not too thick and heats up quickly.

My fur baby is laying on the bed now I haven't turned the electric blanket on yet, but I'm sure it will keep me warm like I would love it. Thank you, Black %26 Decker.

The blanket is very thin and light weight, the cords are barely long enough to reach the nightstands, the display light is too bright even after it dims, and mine was defective and will be returned (one side does not heat up at all).

It was very thin and not as expected. We are replacing a Biddeford blanket that is 10 years old and still can be used as a non electric blanket. This one is little more than a flimsy excuse.
