Great trimmer
This is great! It is not too heavy and it does the job very well. Lasts quite a long time on a charge, too.

my trimer came with the box torn and the nlade exposed. I forgave that and put the handles onto the trimmer. I tried to charge the battery and it flashes red. I will be returning it. I have other Black %26 Decker tools that's why I chose that one.

the battery would not charge. having too much trouble returning it. I will never order on line from Walmart again is that help fun.

Sad new charging system
I'm very sorry but I MUST return this item. I'm so disappointed because I have so much work to be done with it. First, the battery can't be charged. It has som kind of new budget charger that came with the unit. Tried to charge battery for 36 hours but no good. And the new B%26D design isn't compatible with any of the other B%26D chargers. Lesson…avoid these chargers from Asia.

Purchased trimmer, plugged up the battery and it started flashing red. Contacted the seller and they did nothing to help. I asked for a replacement battery, they said they couldn't do that and would have to contact the manufacturer. I also asked the seller if I could get a partial refund so I could purchase another battery myself. They have not responded. I do not recommend this item or seller due to them not trying to make the purchase right.

Doesn't work
It won't charge. Walmart said the manufacturer has to replace the part that won't work. I thought if I bought something from a local Walmart I could just exchange it(?)
