This unit has good suction but the battery charge does not last very long considering how expensive this unit is especially if it's used on maximum power. I had a cheap Eureka that the battery would last for my whole house. This only lasts for about two rooms. I expected more from a Black and Decker. The head also pivots too much. It turns even when you want to just vacuum in a straight line. It's ok but I'm really not satisfied
I wanted to like [ BLACK DECKER® POWERSERIES ™ 20V MAX* Cordless Stick Vacuum ] vacuum based on the reviews, Received on Jul 15 2025, but I have had it about 1 months and it is just awful. It doesn't pull the trash, but scatters it around.. So disappointed.
This vacuum has good power but the wheels constantly come off. I contacted the manufacturer, got a reply that it was received but nothing else. No solutions to the problem. Very disappointed.
Battery charge only last 15 minutes and takes longer than that to recharge. Suction power was ok the first day but clogged easily and suction power was never as good. Filter hard to get off and on. Certainly not worth the price!

Seems like a great tool out of the box, but it's missing the attachments! I have to wonder if this was returned by someone and then sold to me.... Not kewl Black %26 Decker.
