BLACK+DECKER ST8600 5-Amp Corded Electric 13 in String Trimmer, Automatic Feed, Adjustable Handle

I picked up this trimmer because my other gas trimmer was way to heavy and hard for me to start. So my boyfriend uses the gas one, and I use this one. It's very easy to operate right out of the box. I didn't have to do anything, the string was on it already. The string comes out automatically so you don't have to bang it on the ground. It's light weight and I think does as well as if not better job than his gas trimmer. While he's fussing with his trying to keep it running, I'm going along with easy finishing up before he does. I like that the shaft is adjustable, being that I'm a little on the short side. This would be comfortable for anyone of any height. It's a tough and rugged trimmer. It will cut down even small little trees growing up.

This black and decker weed wacker is worth it I've had mine for 2 years works well bought bc i bought my first house needed something easy to use I would recommend this to anyone glad bought it

My wife wanted a new string trimmer. We test a number of other brands and none of them fit her well. In frustration she said I just wish I could get a new version of my old trimmer. That is what we did. She is happy as can be with her new B&D trimmer.

I have had multiple trimmers in my long life, and hated how the line always broke and the spools were hard to put back on. This one is awesome! The line has not broken once (knock wood!) and the spool pops out in easily without a screwdriver or any other tool. I got lucky this time!!

easy to use and very effective in the tasks it's made for- edging a straight edge along sidewalks beautifully yet us light weight too. The cutting mechanisms are durable and sharp. Bought another one for my daughter n her young family in her new house.

I've been using this to trim around the trees, house, and garage in my 1/2 acre yard, and it's working really well. It's light and easy to work with. (I'm a 5'4" female senior citizen). My only issue was with the plug. ***This trimer accommodates only a smaller sized plug on the extension cord. *** I've trimmed my yard twice with no problems and haven't had to replace the string yet. The automatic feed works well. So far I'm very happy with this choice!

easy assembly. came fast. this a nice piece of equipment, the one down fall is it doesn't come w enough string and it goes through alot. overall my father was very pleased w the item. just order extra string. also the fact that it's a weed eater and edger in one w just a simple flip is great. 4 stars do the string not being enough.

Excellent for people looking for a light and powerful trimmer. The auto-feed on mine is a pain sometimes and the electric cord gets in the way. All said worth the low price. TopDrvr out.

came with the box messed up and all the parts weren't there

The box arrived with holes, large tears, gouges, plastic tape in places. It had obviously been purchased, opened, and returned to the store. Neither end was sealed shut. I have attempted to add photos, but was unsuccessful. I did contact Walmart on twitter and posted the photos to them. Will return and purchase elsewhere.
