It was easy to change parts. I used low steam for laminate floor & high steam for tile floor that really cleaned well. Lid for water chamber is rigid hard plastic with little lip that was hard to pull out to open for elderly little arthritic hand. I still need to learn easy way to fill water because I think position of chamber is little odd. But no water leak it function well for purpose. Pad is thick & good quality. I dry mopped before steam mop. I used one pad for for family room & kitchen. I also used handheld to clean baseboard that worked great, after steam cleaned I cleaned with dry rag, much easier & efficient. Cord is long enough to drag around. I also learned to pause press steam button instead of on/botton so it doesn't delay to produce steam. I am glad I bought this it will help house clean chores easier & effectively. Not heavy, slide easily. Thank You!

We purchased this Steam Mop several months ago. It works fantastically, does a great job on tile, hardwood floors, counter tops and mirrors. Very pleased with it so far. It has done a good job on everything we have used it on.

So the really great about this system is that it is super easy to fill with water, and you are ready to use it within thirty seconds. It really heats up quickly. I have cleaned my mirrors and windows. It has cleaned them so well.it's not just floor but bathroom,leaving room,kitchen,window s,mirrors,tiles,even I can iron my cloths.it's super versatile mop I ever see.

I cleaned even the toughest of the stains including bad odor producing surfaces. It is very was to use and changing the options is also quite easy. It was a huge difference. I have also used it to clean my granite countertops and it does a great job. I like that the pads are machine washable, and the handing system that keeps everything organized with the storage container (which I still need to put up on my wall.) everything is perfect except the grout cleaning attachment (the narrow one meant for cleaning between the shower tiles) which was so weak and as soon as I used that for the first time, it got deformed.

Brought this item and worked very well, until handle get extremely hot and burnt my hand! Now everytime I turn it on the handle gets extremely hot so I'm unable to use it anymore. I purchase this product less than a year ago and don't get to use it much.

I bought today and used it to clean my bathroom and the handle rubbed a blister on the inside of my thumb. It looks as though it will do a great job cleaning grout; although the nylon grout brush bends and smashes pretty flat with much use. I would appreciate a link to purchase replacement accessories/parts.

I purchased the steam mop from my local retailer. The long stick attachment doesn't click on to the mop base and comes detached while using it and the microfiber mop pad does not attach with the velcro to the steam mop. It falls right off. Maybe I'll have better luck with another brand.
