I was hesitant to buy without any reviews but to my amazement works great! It’s cordless, has dry mode (for my carpet/rugs) and has edge cleaning, something my previous vac didn’t. Plus it’s much more affordable than other options… Highly recommend for anyone thats interested in this kind of vacuum, going to buy another for family

You are only able to use water in the unit and only water. If you put any kind of cleaner in the clean water tank or suck up any water with cleaner in it then the unit itself ends up burning up the water pumps in it. Very bad design. You can't clean up dirty floors with just water alone.

Got a bad one it will not mop it flashes or stays on fill water tank mode and hasn't came off since , I am sure it's just a flaw but still sucks spending a lot of money on what you think would be ideal but it's not hope that customer service can help or I'll be sending it back

Sadly I received a defective unit. Instructions say to charge for 5 hours out of the box. It was left charging for days regularly checking for power to no avail.

Im sorry to say, there is nothing I like about this $129.00 vacuum. There is no suction power for the vacuum mode and it wants to wet clean the floor and makes a noise and flashes on the display to put water in it when it is not on the wash mode. Again there is barely any suction power and dies after 20 min of use when it takes 5 hours to charge.

I wish I would have read the other reviews previous to buying this because like several other reviews the power won't even come on!!! it shows that it's powered up but it does not turn on so things worthless what a waste of time my daughter had to go and rent a machine wow thanks for wasting my time now I have to go and return it

I have been wanting a vacuum/mop for a while but they are pretty expensive, so I was excited to try this option at a lower price point. This was beyond disappointing - the machine only cleaned about a 3 inch strip of floor in the center of the brush roll (see photo - I ran it over our black floor mat so you can easily see what's getting wet). I even tried running the self clean feature BEFORE I mopped to try and get the whole brush roll wet and it still didn't work, the roll was dry on the sides. It also left little puddles of dirty water on the floor when I paused using it during cleaning. Maybe I just happened to get a dud - I saw a video online of someone else using theirs and it looked like it was working well, but this didn't even come close to cleaning my floors. It's also kind of a pain to clean after you use it, there are a lot of parts to take apart and wash %26 dry. The shape of the clean water tank makes it really hard to fully empty/dry it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this.

third party seller still hasn't given me my refund for the product even though ive already brought the item back to the store. False advertisement didnt get the attachment as advertised so i didnt want it

This was a waste of money. We cleaned it after each use and it still stunk. It is held together by cheap plastic and broke less than six months of purchase. Don't waste your time or money!!!

finally got it unpacked from all the paper, my son had to put the handle together, I could not push it together. Put it on charge. Next day, took it off charge, would not run or lights wouldn't come on the display on front. Took it back to Walmart for refund.
