Very well engineered and equally well built! Near professional level. Equal heating across the grill surface, with finite temp control. Would be nice if the propane tank location was deep enough to accommodate a 30# tank. But, the supply hose is long enough to position a 30# tank on the ground, adjacent to the unit, under the shelf.

We just put our grill together. The instructions were not great, but the hubby was able to figure it out. This is our second Blackstone and we are excited to try this upgraded model. It seems very well built. The bottom shelf that holds the propane tank is definitely a plus!!

Ive wanted a Blackstone for a long while now and this one sure didnt disappoint. The ease of use, reliability and mostly even cooking temperature makes it ideal for whatever you need to cook.

We won this Blackstone at a company picnic. Best prize by far, although there were 100 prizes. Hefty, sturdy, and great looking unit. I know well be cooking several meals on this. Very happy with this Blackstone.

I recently just put my black stone together and used it for a family gathering night and all I got to say is I love this grill it fed everybody and it was an easy cleanup.

As a 20th anniversary gift from my company, the grill arrived unassembled. It was a bit of a challenge to put together - def a 2 person job - but now it's assembled & cannot wait to try it!'

We've had our Blackstone griddle for over a year now and it's been great for preparing meals large family gatherings. Whether it's cooking breakfast or making burgers or steaks, it been a lifesaver. It does a lot of things we can't do on our grill.

Haven't fired it up yet, but assembly was simple… as long as you follow the directions! Make sure you review everything before you start and make sure someone in your group reads directions rather than just pictures.

Wonderful 28” griddle. Deducted one star due to some manufacturing defects like the attachment points for the leg cross-bars not aligning on one side.

After cooking on this griddle about 6-8 times I have enjoyed more and more each time until I opened the lid the last time I used it. As soon as I raised the lid up the right side hinge snapped a bolt off in the mount! Now I have a lid that will not open without being propped up or I have to take the lid off to use the griddle.
