Blackstone 28" Omnivore Griddle Cooking Station

I bought this for my wife's birthday. She loves it. It took a little longer to put it together than said in the directions but went together nicely. I was going to get her the smaller one but this one was twenty dollars more so it made sense and has a few more features. Thanks for a good deal.

This is my first Blackstone and the 28" was the perfect size, we have made some great smash burgers already !!!! My son-in-law has the larger version which I think is just a little to big, he loves his as well !!

Bought as a Christmas gift for my husband. Best burgers we've ever made on a grill. Also made mouthwatering prime rib cheese steak sandwiches. What a difference this grill makes!

This is the greatest thing since sliced bread!! Assembly was an absolute breeze (two ladies) and we had assembled within an hour. Seasoned slow and steady using avocado oil, then a couple onions and light coat of organic beef tallow Wagyu!! Have already grilled shrimp, smoked sausage and burgers. Cleaning up is a breeze too!

Excellent Grill and it was very easy to put together. I highly recommend this grill its perfect for a single person or a family cookout.

I have always cooked on a charcoal grill, and have loved it, but hated how much smoke it generated, and it would always blow in my face. This gives me a lot more control over the heat, allows me to keep that heat for a long period of time, and I don't get smoke blowing in my face.

lid has big dent, when you peel off stickers it removes paint which will cause the metal to rust, the ignitor was engaging. We have contacted customer service they say they are looking into it which takes 7-10 days not sure why so long? we provided photos
