I could screw up a bowl of cereal, but the meat that came off this grill was amazing. I'll have to find a way to dial it down so I'm not on cooking duty going forward. Initial seasoning is a pain, but worth the time. Do it on a day you're not grilling, or give yourself an hour head start

I'm extremely happy with my new Blackstone griddle. The setup was straightforward, the build quality feels solid, and it heats evenly across the cooking surface. I've already used it for breakfast, burgers, and hibachi-style meals, and everything cooks great with plenty of space for larger meals. Cleanup is also much easier than expected. Overall, this has been a great addition for outdoor cooking and entertaining.

Long time admirer of the blackstone griddle, first time user last night and made hibachi for my family. I received it as a gift and followed all the steps to assemble (which were easy and straightforward) as well as seasoning before use and what to do to properly clean it. Love the product and can't with to use it over and over!

My wife bought me my Blackstone for Christmas. I was a little late getting it out but, finally found the time. Assembly was reasonable and easy. I used to cook in a truck stop many years ago, so I am familiar on a grill. I can not wait to try it out.

The first time I saw one of these was at my cousins house during a family function. Was impressed with the way it cooked ensuring from burgers, dogs and kabobs to scrambled eggs pancakes sausage and home fries the next morning and said I have to get my own.

My husband got a new Blackstone for Father's Day. We are loving everything that he makes on it and it saves me time in the kitchen, especially on those summer nights we all want to hang out together. I did deduct a star because within a year it has already shown signs of rust. We keep it covered and in the winter it is stored out of the elements.

Just fired up my Blackstone griddle again and I swear this thing doesn’t miss. Heats up fast, cooks everything evenly, and the space is unreal—you can go from breakfast to smashburgers to stir fry without skipping a beat. Cleanup is way easier than I expected too. Honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made—if you’re on the fence, it’s 100% worth it.

3 out of 4 screws missing and frame is bent where it cannot be corrected same as the lid seen in photos below only these issues were found prior to my purchase I've loved my other black stone products but this one unfortunately brought us nothing but issues due to the structural damage.

After owning the first gen of blackstone (which was still in great shape and worked perfectly)it was time to update. The added features from the first one are great as I no longer have to chase the roll of paper towels blowing off of the deck, tool hangers and rear drip tray were a welcome asset.
