Blackstone 4-Burner 36" Griddle with Hard Cover and Storage Drawers

Amazing griddle. This was my first griddle buy and I'm confident I made a great choice! The Walmart in Hanford has these on display, built, and ready to go!

One improvement could be to provide instructions on preventative maintenance for the griddle surface.

I bought this for my husband last month and he’s so happy with it, he loves it!

Love it. Works great and love the large space that allows for cooking multiple items at the same time by adjusting the temperature.

This is a well-made grill. Solid fire, heats up quickly and is very easy to use. I took away 1 star because the ignition does not start the flame right-away. It takes 15 seconds to ignite. I’ve been using a separate portable lighter to remedy this. The price is right and shipping was quick. It does not come with a rain cover but it does come with a metal grill cover which works well, cooking tools and two plastic bottles.

I purchased the new Pro Series griddle from Walmart. Let me start off by saying Walmart is the best place to purchase anything but their meat. The box it came in was pristine got it home and un-boxed it there was ball bearings everywhere. The bottom drawer was broken and it had to have been boxed and shipped broken that angered me. I contacted Walmart and they let me exchange just the cabinet that was great. I wish I would have taken a better look at it in the store because the box had a dent in it and so does the side of my cabinet which I noticed it when I got it home. The drawers are a little crooked but nothing is perfect but $526.00 with tax that's angering me to the max. Blackstone needs to get better shipping for their products and as far as the quality of the product itself Blackstone hit this one out of the park this griddle is really nice heavy duty and sturdy so if you buy one make sure you check it good...

I ordered the 36" Pro Series Griddle with Hard Cover on June 17th. When I got it, the side was dented. Box was fine so it was not from shipping. We started a return. And another one was reordered on July 2nd. It was never delivered. It is lost. So... another one was ordered on July 11th. I am still waiting on it. The damaged one was just picked up today on July 18th. This is still on my credit card from June 17th. After the second griddle was considered lost we contacted Blackstone. Blackstone representative told us that once their product was sent to Walmart stores for sale it is no longer their problem. It is Walmart's problem. So...???? I will not recommend a Blackstone product to anyone. As for us? Guess we are still waiting to see if we even like the Blackstone Griddle. We hope, so because we sold our Weber to purchase it.

Just bought this 45 minutes ago, get it home and try to light the burners, only 1 burner lights up about 6 inches, I called blackstone and the girl, yes I said girl answered the phone, it sounded like she was around 10 years old, I tried to explain that only 1 burner would light and only 6 inches of burner would come on, she said to me that she did not understand and asked did I have the gas hooked up, I told her that it would have had to be hooked up if 6 inches of the burner had a flame, I got off the phone and called back and a Male answered, I told him what was happening and he said the regulator has went bad and I asked him , "don't you guys check the parts before installing them and his answer was WE DO NOT EVEN SEE THAT GRIDDLE THAT WALMART SELLS, IT IS SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THEM FROM CHINA". I SAID WOW THAT IS GOOD TO KNOW!. I asked him, so Blackstone does not approve the quality of the grill being built with the Blackstone name on it, he said NO, because we do not build the walmart grill. That is amazing, I thought blackstone was SUPPOSE TO BE the better brand of grills, I guess that's what I get for thinking, bringing this back to walmart in the morning and going somewhere else for a different brand of flat grill.
