Blackstone Adventure Ready 2-Burner 28" Griddle Cooking Station

Its a great griddle ! Make sure you season it before your first use, that makes all the difference. This one does not come with a lid but you can purchase one separately. BUY IT!!

i bought this to cook 10 ribeyes at the same time for a family cookout. it worked a lot better than a grill. i use it every weekend for breakfast and sometimes other meals. i highly recommend buying the lid (purchased separately) and the waterproof cover (also purchased separately). in fact I would not buy this without them unless you plan on keeping your griddle covered 24/7 or it will rust. don't forget to season your griddle plate with high temp oil and heat. i did use a jar of the blackstone griddle seasoning which is mostly palm oil. save some money and buy yourself a bottle of avacado oil and use it instead. it will last much much longer and be much cheaper in the long run.

Everything was fine up to when I assembled the unit. I followed the instructions and began to season it to prepare to use it and then I found the imperfection. There is a raised metal weld that sticks out three quarters from the right. Every time that I moved the rag to clean and put the oil on the cook top it snagged in that area. I used a spatula and it got cut up also. Along with that frustration when I would lightly cook over that area I would have to go around that area to cook. Because if I put a heavy item like a steak it would get stuck there too. So you can appreciate my frustration. I took the unit back to Walmart and they gave me another one, no questions asked but instead of taking it home without inspection, the sales agent and I opened it. We discovered another flaw in the unit. So, the sales agent advised me to write to the manufacturer to see what they could do or opt out for a refund. I told him I would write the manufacturer to see what they would advise me to do.

Before even opening the box you can tell it’s a quality product by its weight. This was not a flimsy product which I was concerned about because the price was very competitive. I was really pleased with this product. Highly recommend to anyone on the quality of the product AND the price I got it for at Walmart.

i ues this grill daily, i cook almost every meal on it! i eat a low carb diet which consists of a lot of meat and vegetables and this griddle makes my lifestyle simple. would highly recommend to everyone. ive had mine for 6 years and purchased this one for my sister. don't waist your money on anything else!!!

* your survey is a bit premature as I have not received my products yet- I placed two orders one online for delivery and one for pick up. I do not have either yet. Why do you ask about the store cleanliness when the orders were placed online? How would I know if it was clean inside? My pick up order was not ready on time which is why I do not have it- also I have to order the second one because you only had 1/2 of the product I ordered. ... Need to have comment or N/A options for your ratings so I don't have to guess.

Relatively easy to assemble. First attempt to use this, only one knob worked properly the second stuck and then spins failing to work. Customer Service would not answer - in a meeting. Returned this to Walmart. Now I'm out about one hundred dollars for the top and cover I ordered seperately for a 28 in that can't be returned. Bought this on sale Walmart on line for $20 off but when returned to the store they refused to "exchange" but credited my card. NOTE: models either have a battery - operated starter OR Piezo Ignition. This one has Piezo you push the knob in turn it counter - clockwise and when it clicks it sends a spark to light it. The 36 in uses the battery and the gas control knobs are a simpler more durable design with a separate battery powered igniter. Before assembly test your gas control knobs to be sure they work. The instruction manual fails to explain the piezo ignition and is written for the type that uses one AA battery. BEWARE of the difference in type of knob the ones without piezo ignition are a simpler design and more likely to last long term. I would have saved money buying the 36 in because it comes with a lid now I have no griddle just a lid and cover for a 28 in that won't fit anything else. Walmart should have allowed an even exchange for the same model but did not.

Never received it! And I repeat: If I could give a HALF star or less I would! The item was clearly marked as On Sale, then later, although a higher price, STILL was presented as ON SALE. The fact that the seller then could not fulfill the order is not my fault as a consumer. The seller should be held to the requirement to sell %26 SHIP at the price originally stated, agreed %26 that I paid. For the seller to put forth FALSE information that the item had “shipped” %26 then days later as I checked the tracking, the item NEVER began the shipping process. It’s wrong of the seller, it’s wrong of Walmart. I should be shipped the item in which I purchased in good faith. The seller %26 Walmart should have the same “good faith” to uphold their end of the purchase-shipping process. The seller should be banned %26 Walmart should send the product to me! I’ve never had this experience on Amazon, but twice now with Walmart!

I didn’t receive it. Said it was delivered on 8/21/2023. It was never delivered. Last stop was in Nebraska. Said it was delivered to my address according to Walmart.com but USPS says differently. If my product does not get resent to me this will be my last time ever shopping at Walmart anywhere and encourage everyone I know to not buy from Walmart. I should’ve just ordered it from Amazon

I did not even open box.very unsatisfied with the way my return was handled.the store did not accept the barcode you sent me and had to bring heavy grill back home.now have to print a label to return and scheaduled a fed x pickup for Friday so I can get to a printer.
