Blackstone Adventure Ready Outdoor Griddle, 2-Burner 22" Propane Flat Top Grill with Hard Cover, Black

I purchased this for my fiance as a last minute Christmas gift. I didn't realize how excited he was going to be. I love that it's portable. I also bought the stand and the carry bag along with some accessories. Definitely a great gift for the grilled in your household!

We purchased one and then purchased 2 more as gifts. The size is great for camping, boating or on a table in the back yard or deck. Easy to clean and has a great cook surface.

Bought the Blackstone as an early Father's Day gift for my husband and he loves it. Fairly easy to assemble and great to use as it is pre-seasoned. The value was exceptional as new ones cost twice as much as I paid. I highly recommend this Blackstone.

I upgraded to this one from a 17" Blackstone. I really like the two burners, vs one on the 17. I used the Blackstone seasoning oil to season it. The instructions say repeat at least three times, I did 7, then cooked a package of bacon on it. It seasoned up very well. Very impressed with the heat distribution from the two burners. I have the Blackstone stand that fits 17 or 22, so I did not have to get another one. I really enjoy the extra room that the 22 provides, can cook a lot more. The only downside for me is the weight - the 22 pushes the limit on portability, it's fairly heavy and bulky, But, hey, we're dealing with metal here, so that's to be expected. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. Despite the weight, I believe it's the perfect size for camping and family cookouts. And I highly recommend the Blackstone seasoning oil, at least for the initial seasoning.

Take a bit to get the grill seasoned so grab beer or a glass of tea and start the seasoning process. At its seasoned it works great. It takes a bit more time to clean that a gas grill but what so great about the griddle is that you can do so much more that on a gas grill. What I like best is no flare up the minute I turn my back as with the gas grill. Only use it a few times so I'm still learning but so far, I love it. I have the tabletop 2 burner.

This is a nice sized griddle for me for home use, but leading a person to believe that it is actually portable is quite a stretch. First off, it weighs nearly 31lbs. so the available bags with shoulder straps are nonsensical for the average person. Proper use requires you to purchase the necessary accessories if you want to use it to its full capabilities and covering it is a must if you don't want it to rust up, so plan on additional purchases to cover those needs. Seasoning the griddle is very straightforward before first use, but it takes a bit of practice to get the temperature right for various foods, which is where the second adjustable burner comes in very handy. It is very well built and with proper care should last for many seasons to come.

Nice smooth cooking surface that is great for meats and vegetables. More versatile than grilling. However, you need an infrared thermometer to detect the temperature variations from the edges (cooler) to the middle (warmer) of the grill and place food accordingly. Temps can vary by almost 100 degrees.

Not what I expected. Went to return it at my local store and because it was over 90 days, they told me there was nothing they could do for me. It was bought as a gift so now I'm penalized that my son didn't need it right away and when he finally opened it, it was not the correct one so now I'm stuck with $149 item that I will never use extremely disappointed

Why would they cheap out and not put a hinge on the lids. What a waste. Buy the one with the hinged lid and stand for a few bucks more. Or better yet…Blackstone make the hard lid hinge instead of me having to go buy hinges a hardware store Corporate cheapness and beancounters suck

I really needed a griddle for brunch I was planning. I got it last minute and screws were missing and top was dented in making it hard to attach. This is my first griddle, and I love the idea of having one, but I hate the hassle of returning things. So, I will be using broken and all =-)
