Blackstone Adventure Ready Prep, Serve, and Store Cart

This Blackstone prep station is a huge aid to outside grilling. I've used lawn chairs, deck railings, flower pots, and any available surface area to place a multitude of items used in my grill events. This is the solution. The instructions say 30 minutes to assemble; I did it in fifteen. Two people could do it easier, but one can get it done. There's a place for paper towels, utensils, and storage shelves for spices, foil, and whatever else is in your grilling entourage. Although surface area can never be enough, the prep station takes it to the limit. I can work with whatever meat is on the menu and the vegetables without fear of pushing it off the railing.(It's happened). When finished, the prep cart can be neatly folded up, and has a carrying handle. The folding process can be cumbersome, but is doable. I see there is a cover available. I think I will get one and eliminate the need for folding and taking inside. Outdoor grilling is always fun, this prep cart makes it more fun. I recommend it.

Great for permanent set-up or camping with a Big Rig. Will not work for our tiny trailer camping, as set up for 1 nite would be difficult & weight of product is 62# is heavy. It has to be put upside down, then unfolded, then tipped up onto the legs (the tipping up needs 2 people). In turning it upside down to put together, must put towels, etc on the ground, to prevent the heavy steel top from getting scuffed! We put it together in our Living Room, cuz it's 105 outside! It has 3 latches (to hold the “suitcase” together). Two of the latches on ours were not tight and do not hold (we can fix it). For the weight of the product, the latches should be much stronger! On right is garbage bag holder, on left is paper towel holder.

At first, I thought that this Blackstone Prep Table was a luxury item that I really didn't need. But, after using it at our family fourth of July gathering and it was so helpful to have it! First, it was easy to set up, no tools needed! It's a little heavy for one person to stand up, two people are needed. We put the portable grill on one side of the table and put the uncooked foods on the main table where I could easily reach it to cook. No more juggling things on a small table. I even made use of the clips to hang towels and tongs. I used the plastic containers to hold the marinade and sauce for the Grill. Underneath, on the folding shelves, I put our paper plates, napkins and silverware. It was so helpful to have a sturdy flat surface to hold everything! It truly made the cookout so much easier. Everyone in my family loved it and I'm pretty sure at least 2 of them are going to buy one for their houses. The best part is that it wiped down easily and folded up to a convenient size. We stored it in the shed until next time but I think that we could have left it out. I very much recommend this prep table! Its well-built, and very useful, easy to set up and store! love it! it truly made our Fourth of July cookout easier.

We love this Blackstone prep cart! We set this up in our garage first but realized it would also be perfect for camping. It looks great, has plenty of storage, is sturdy and it folds up easily!

This is a Great cart for using for your grill out or tail gating party's and going to park's for picnic's very well built it has hanging for the Three storage containers that come with it also three hooks for towels to hang on also their is a fold out Garbage bag holder for your trash bag you can fold it up when not using it so you can take it in your car or van or truck for travel. It's work the buy Great Cart all around.

My husband saw this and loved it. This was easy to put together and has so much to offer. It helps him so much since he loves to grill. He always had no place to set things so he could do a good job grilling and now he does. He even got its own cover so it will be out of the elements. I would recommend this to everybody.

As expected from Blackstone, this unit is built to last and function as intended. There is plenty of table top space for everything you need to have a successful griddle experience. The hanging shelves allow for storage of paper plates, plastic silverware, napkins, utensils and anything else you'll need while using your griddle. Set-up is quick and easy. Take down takes a little more time but gets better with each use. The cart packs up everything within itself and into a relatively compact package. However, because of size when set up, the quality of the design and materials, the unit is heavier than expected but not too heavy. I would recommend this to family and friends to go along with their Blackstone Griddle.

All the other families are rollout out coolers, moving tables around, trying to do prep work for a day's worth of cooking. You roll up and pull out your portable prep station, set it up in minutes right next to your grill. You can do all your prep work, have all your tools and spices handy and with the shelves underneath you can store everything you need for the cooking. The other families stare in awe. This thing actually has way more uses than that, it could be used for crafts or an activity area for little kids too, and since it's so easy to move you can fold it down and put it away at the end of the day. I highly recommend.

I really like this prep station the only thing I dislike is the side that folds down doesn't sit flush with the other part once folded. Like when I still have the rest of the station out. I would like to cover it when it isn't being used without having to fold the whole unit down.

When we unboxed the cart, we found the latches would not stay latched. Last weekend we took it to camp, one of the latches completely fell off and the outer coating had started to rub off. It is hard to level as well. I have emailed Blackstone for information and haven't heard back..
