I bought this to cook eggs on my Blackstone and I'm very disappointed in the results. For some reason these don't sit flat on the griddle. It's flat when you initially set it down and then the corners start to pick up from the heat, which makes this useless since it's meant to contain the eggs. I bought 3 sets, opened 2 and returned the third. Wish I had tried 1 set before I opened the second pack! Save your money.

Unfortunately, this didn't work for us. The eggs spilled right through the bottom, which made it more frustrating than helpful. I was really hoping for an easy way to cook eggs neatly, but this didn't do the job.
