Great flat grill
Great right out of the box. Hardly any assembly so that was a good start. Awesome grilled onions. Try that on a grill with grates. Want to try reverse sear after a smoker session. High expectations!!

Very easy to setup
I had this thing put together in 15 minutes. It takes around an hour to season the grill but it is very simple. Spread the seasoning, walk away come back 10-15 minutes later repeat

this was a gift for my husband and it was? is a big hit. His first cook was smash burgers awesome!!! we love it and plan on using it alot.

Great grill
Great griddle! Big enough for everything I need. Cooks great, built extremely well. I would suggest getting a hard or soft cover obviously.

28 in Griddle
Relatively easy to put together. Very nice for cooking and easy clean up. Definetly recommend for a family around 4-5. Nice product would recommended to someone else!

Could be taller
We just set up our new griddle yet but have cooked on Blackstones before and really enjoyed everything we cooked. It would be nice if there were adjustable legs to increase the height.

Griddle grill
One of the handles came defective so it can't even be used. It would be nice to be able to have extra pieces in the box so we don't have to deal with the runaround of getting a new one going back to the store and what not.

Disappointed. Bad quality control
Already warping, missing screws, quality not as expected. I do love to cook on it, but coming with a warped griddle is just poor quality control. Two screws missing, requiring me to go buy some that work. Disappointing
