We put it together on Father's Day and was already wanting to cook burgers and air fry some fries it was all delicious and the burgers cook really fast

It works really well. It was easy to assemble. It's easy to use and convenient having the air fryers built-in.

Love this grill and the air fryer takes it over the top. I like Blackstone and used it for years, but this is a nice step up.

great flattop options for those who love to cook for crowds or even just for yourself. airfryer is great for whatever you cant make on your flattop.

Scratched and dented top and burners didn't work. The cast iron top is durable but the coating on it looks cheap.

DO NOT BUY THIS FROM WALMART. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY DO NOT OFFER FREE ASSEMBLY. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT ON THE PHONE JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK WHILE THEY ARGUE WITH YOU THAT IT IS A TECHNICAL GLITCH. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT WALMART.

Grill is what it is, decent grill. Ad was for the grill to be assembled. That was a misleading advertisement one could easily argue was false advertising. Ad was for the “professional assembly” to be free that was a $100 value. Purchased grill, the website forces you to pick a specific pick up time based on assembly… you arrive to get grill and it is unassembled. You find out later on that after you have the grill 24 hours later an “Angies List” associate contacts you to set up an assembly date. I will never purchase another item from Walmart.com for any reason, ever.

I am very disappointed in the quality of this item after I spent nearly $800 on this griddle! The front panel is warped and leaving a huge gap by the logo panel which looks horrible. The griddle is warped and rocks too! The hood hinges are a joke! They have bushing sleeves that sit inside of the holes to allow the bolts to work as hinges but the sleeve only goes to the hood hole not all the way through the holes which makes the screw head very vulnerable to torque and could sheer it off. I think I'll look for another griddle for him and sell this one! Very upset about these quality issues! On Father's Day too!!!

My experience with Walmart.com has been beyond disappointing and frustrating regarding an order that arrived with a missing part and a defective hood. As a long-time customer who has spent a significant amount of money with Walmart over the years, I expected better customer service and accountability in resolving this issue. After discovering the problems with my order, I contacted Walmart customer service multiple times seeking assistance. During one of the calls, a representative informed me that my issue would be escalated and that a request for a $200 refund would be submitted because the manufacturer advised that it would cost approximately $200 to correct Walmart's error by purchasing the necessary replacement parts directly from them. Unfortunately, despite these assurances, the issue was never properly handled. One representative even hung up on me during the call and never called back. After another call attempt, I received an email stating that a return had been initiated — a return that I never requested or authorized. It appears Walmart chose to initiate a return instead of honoring the refund request needed for me to obtain the required replacement parts from the manufacturer. What has made this situation even more frustrating is the repeated pattern of misinformation and lack of documentation from Walmart representatives. I have spent hours on the phone explaining the same issue repeatedly. Each time I contacted Walmart, I found that there were no notes, no escalation, and no record of the promises made by the previous representative. I was repeatedly assured that the issue would finally be documented and resolved while I remained on the phone. This issue had caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a complete loss of confidence in Walmart's customer service process.

Sent the wrong item. Did not receive this griddle, but instead got a regular 36” grill without the air fryers.
