Blackstone Griddle Top Basting Pot with Wire Rack and Basting Brush

Bought this to use when cooking on my outdoor griddle and pellet grill combo. It isn't a Blackstone unit, but this basting pot still fit on the griddle edge. I mostly use Ghee or Tallow cooking fats, so it is helpful to keep those warm during use and hanging this pot on the outside edge of the griddle accomplishes that without overheating. It is also useful for holding basting sauces when cooking on the pellet griddle. I liked it enough that I purchased another gifting.

I compared the price on a few websites (Amazon and Temu) and Walmart was significantly less expensive. The product was of better quality than I expected.

I didn't know this existed until I found it but makes such a difference.

I'm determined to make a pizza on the Blackstone. Anyway this warms the sauce and has a handy bracket to hold it, a pan with handle and a basting brush. I deducted one star because I can't close the lid without hitting the handle. I may try bending the handle down a bit.
