Blackstone Leggero Pro Propane Tabletop Pizza Oven with 13” Rotating Cordierite Pizza Stone

I was very impressed with the packing and material quality. The top sticker did leave is adhesive but that was easily resolved by a paper towel soaked in degreaser laid on top for about 20 minutes followed by a plastic razor blade scraper. Very easy to operate and it blows me away how the crust starts browning almost as soon as you put the pizza in! Still on the learning curve with it to find that sweet spot of slightlybrowned top with minimal charring on the sides, but it's honestly kind of fun. Obviously, there's no wood or charcoal flavoring but for the portability, ease of use, and maintenance, this pizza oven is a total winner.

Easy to use..fun to use! Makes a great crispy pizza but keep an eye on the pizza. It cooks so fast in this oven.

Used my Leggero for the 1st time yesterday and it worked well and the pizzas were delicious. We will see how this holds up in the long haul.

This thing is almost (my few complaints are honestly really not a reason to skip this pizza oven =)perfect. It makes the best pizza I've ever had. Cons: Assembly- the door is difficult to assemble for most. I build grills at work everyday, and this door was painful. The ceramic coating was too thick and chipped off when putting on the little hinges. And the hardware is microscopic. Maybe the door could come mostly pre assembled?? Also there isn't enough clearance inside the oven to clean up the flour and corneal mess that ends up inside the oven. Pros- makes the best pizza you've had if you make your own dough or use a dough mix. Cooks extremely fast and evenly if you allow the stone to pre heat. I'd buy this oven again with or without my improvement ideas.

I’ve put together and used my Leggero pizza oven once. However, I would recommend that the pizza stone should be seasoned for non-stick prior to first use and didn’t do that and my pizza stuck and created an huge mess inside. Another option is a pair of grated trays to build you pizza and then slide in and out. It works well but more helpful hints before first use via a YouTube QR code or written in the booklet. I’m hoping my next attempt goes better.

First not coming packaged with a battery for the igniter is kinda strange. I get no batteries for the motor as there is a power cord. A pizza peel bundle would've been great as getting a pizza inside is no easy task without one. Easier access to remove the pizza some for cleaning or cleaning of the unit itself is extremely tedious as the only way to do either is through the limited opening. For the job is designed to do is great but there are those minor drawbacks mentioned earlier. Overall a good entry level pizza oven.

Pizza stone broke and Blackstone would not send a replacement. The unit works perfectly fine, however just need a new stone and Blackstone support won’t send a replacement. They’d rather me buy a whole new unit and just scrap the old one.

I'm not in a position to review the pizza oven yet, as I'm missing several parts to assemble it. I intend to email and call customer support.
