This was a great product and a great deal. Included in ordering online was the assembly, which was done by an individual sent by Angi. I got it delivered to my house in two days and had a notification from Angi about the scheduled assembly, which turned out to be the following day after it was delivered. The gentleman assembled it in around an hour and a half. The whole process was very easy. You can also change the assembly appointment via the Angi app.

This griddle is Amazing. Super easy to set up. Seasoning it took about 4 hours, but after that, it's been a breeze to cook and clean. Would recommend to anyone with small or large families. Definitely a must have even if you already own a traditional grill. The versatility of what you can cook is unlike any other stovetop or grill. I love it, and see it being in my family for a very long time.

My kids and I purchased this for my husband for Father's Day. So far so good! This thing is amazing and you can cook everything! TikTok, YouTube, and others will give you ideas. I ordered the silicone cover from amazon and we returned to Walmart to get the utensils etc. Our youngest, who is 13, also cooked on it today! You won't be sorry!!

My husband was excited and pleased with grill. When I ordered online it asked if I wanted free assembly. I checked yes; however when we picked it up, the grill had not been assembled, nor we the associates familiar with the item. One stated another customer had asked about the same thing. We were able to assemble ourselves in about an hour. Disappointed that it was advertised as free assembly but was not.

So for Father's Day my wife got me this grill, upon opening we realized the one she was charged for was the folding up hood. What we received was the detachable hood; $100 less. We would like a refund of the difference. Pictures can be provided, plus the delivery of half way on my sidewalk was very unprofessional delivery method. Just sitting out in the elements, you know Florida summer weather is very unpredictable. Luckily my wife was able to get her brother to swing by to move into the garage before any rain got to it.

Very poor communication. You run a special that includes free delivery and assembly. What you dont tell your customers is that someone delivers the product and then another person shows up to assemble it. No text messages advising when it will be delivered or assembled. I sent the first delivery back because the delivery person said she didn't know how to assemble it. Then I couldn't reporder it because the website said it was having issues.

The regulator didn't work. My husband couldn't use his new $400.00 grill. Now he is being told how to fix it by Blackstone. Not ok. I didn't buy him a gift so he could work more. I bought it because he works so hard. I would like to be compensated for his inconvenience.

They sent me the wrong grill and made it so difficult to return it, get refunded, and the get right grill that I contemplated just becoming a vegetarian. Grill is probably great, but I wouldn't buy it from Walmart even if it was the last one on Earth. Worst customer service ever, need to take a page out of Amazon's book. Waited on hold for an hour only to be told I couldn't receive a refund or be sent a replacement until my return was received. Only option to return it was to leave it on my porch for Fedex to pickup while I was at work. I have had packages stolen before so was hesitant to leave a $********* grill unattended, ended up having to drive 30mins to nearest store to return it in person. Then was told by customer service in-store and over the phone that there was nothing they could do to help me get the right one. It was a birthday present for the next day, so I had to then drive around town to find a replacement myself. Do yourself a favor and just avoid Walmart altogether.

Item was nice but not the model we ordered. We specifically ordered the model that holds the totes on the rails and got the wrong one. We had to return it and drive a considerable distance to make sure we got the one we really wanted. We had purchased the totes and other items for the specific model!

I can't rate it because I don't have it, but it made me so I put one star on all. I can tell you of the ones that were built at the store one had a dented lid another was missing the ignitor button. The 3rd looked good but I wasn't going to go bolt by bolt to verify none were stripped. The reason why I want one in a box. I don't trust people with screw guns and don't want to risk it especially when I'm perfectly capable of putting it together myself.
