The assembly was easy. The seasoning the flat top was easy... a bit messy but that's on me. Cooks great after seasoning. I have the 2 burner it's great for us but for a large family I would suggest the 4 burner.

Husband Approved!!
From the words of my husband: "This grill makes an awesome steak!" Even though it's tabletop it's BIG! We were trying to decide between propane and electric and decided on propane so we can get a higher heat and cook more variety of foods- this is the way to go! Definitely recommend!!!

First unit had stripped threads on the handle, returned to the store. Second unit had missing parts. Returned to store. Expected more out of Blackstone.
