Blackstone ProSeries 4-Burner 36" Griddle Cooking Station with Hood

I bought this in December of 2020 and wanted to wait some time before my review. Okay, this griddle is amazing. It can do everything you would want it to do. You can cook fast, really fast, or a little fast. Either way be prepared to stay busy when cooking. For all the people complaining about dents and problems. Blackstone has amazing customer support and will make it right. My lid had a few dents in it, very cosmetic and would not impede my cooking experience, truly just an aesthetic problem. After registering my product all I did was contact blackstone. They asked for pictures and before I knew it I was taking with a rep. He apologized and offered to send me a new lid free of charge as well as $50 worth of extra accessories. Because I spent over $100 on accessories I opted to get the new heavy duty cover for when I store it outside in the summer. This griddle cooks amazingly even. It does eat three propane so have at least one spare tank at the ready. Get this griddle. You won't regret it. So far three of my buddies have went out and bought this griddle after eating at our house.

Love this grill! My hope is it will live longer than the typical 4 years that I get out of a traditional grill. Since none of the drippings come in contact with any of the burners etc I really think it may last! I love that this version comes with a lid and I also plan to cover it with a grill cover when not in use. Be sure to watch the YouTube video on how to properly season and maintain the griddle surface and this grill should last a lifetime! I love the style and the storage capacity. The size of the cooking surface is amazing and I love grilling vegetables and other small items and not losing them through the grated like i did on my old grill. Lots of recipe videos on YouTube look great and I can't wait to try them! The finish seems more durable for my hot and humid environment than the traditional stainless steel finish on other grills. It doesn't seem like it will rust and pit like my previous grills did. We shall see!

If you are looking for a Blackstone, look no further!! For the same price as other models I looked to buy at different stores, this one has so many bonuses!! I can’t imagine not having these drawers-everything we need is contained within. No separate bin for storage like my friends have. No running back in the house for salt and pepper, new grease trap tray or the taco racks- everything fits in these drawers!! I debated between this and a traditional grill. So glad we went this direction! The entire meal can be cooked right here- even if you need to boil a pot of water for mashed potatoes! My only caution is that the unit is large, you will need a truck to bring it home. It weighs 250lbs- so be prepared. Make sure you have space outside for it!

My last Blackstone 22” griddle was just over 6 years old, and had seen better days. We absolutely loved it. We were pleasantly surprised by the improvements of the new griddle. The underside of the griddle has wind guards, and a cross brace welded in place to keep it from bowing up in the middle. If you want a real lid on hinges you need a different model.

Cooked breakfast for the first time today. Love how big it is and everything tasted great. No complaints.

I bought the grill I did not put it together till a couple days ago and when I started putting it together, could not get the gas to work after I got it together I noticed the tip on the rail pipe or gas rail. The tip of it was broken off, and I noticed that I did not get a drip pan. Can you help me out if you can appreciate it thank you.

If your shopping for a Blackstone Griddle, this is the one you want! First off, if your picking this up, be warned it is in a very large box and is very heavy. We had to to take it out of the box to get it into our SUV, and it took 3 of us to lift it. The griddle is close to 90% pre-assembled, so you'll just be putting on the wheels, drawer handles, and placing the grill section on top. I did all of this myself until it was time to lift the griddle top onto the base. There are very few screws you will need to attach, and they are in slightly odd places that make it a bit difficult. An example are the door handles, which are inset, and it's very easy to drop a screw in the actual door casing, which I did, and took 5 minutes to get it out. I highly suggest using a Philips with a magnetic end to hold the screw while placing it in the hole. The last piece I attached was the grill lid handle, and up to this point, this was a 5 star review. The two screws on the one side would not go all the way through so that the washer was flush with the inside lid. After about 25 minutes of trying to figure out why, I finally notices that the inside lid frame was bent/curved so that both sides were not identical. There was no visible damage to the outside of the lid or unit, so this was definitely a flaw not caught at the factory. I fixed this issue by omitting the washers, and tightened the bolts on one side without them. No major issue, just a major waste of time trying to figure out what was wrong. The quality looks amazing, and this thing is a beast. The drawers have plenty of space, and the paper towel holder and side trash bin will be a welcome addition.

My family has enjoyed the grille (in fact we choose the purchase over a pellet grill) Perfect for our large family. Used several times a week. 2 issues is one with the side shelves if you use the outside burners it causes the shelves too hot to use or put anything on. And the 2nd when you do clean or run off etc. The liquid goes into the drawers. As far as cooking itself works wonderfully. But for the qwerks I give it 4stars

Horrible so far. When the packaging was opened we discovered many damaged parts. It's odd because the box had no damage. Anyway this weighs over 250 lbs so it's not something you can return easily. Per Blackstone we registered the product and took photos of the damage. We sent them to their support email as advised on their website. That was 10 days ago and we have not heard from them. We also called their support number but that's a recording that puts you on hold and eventually hangs up on you. I'd love to review the product but I can't use it due to their terrible customer service.
