Blackstone ProSeries 4 Burner Steel 36" Propane Griddle with Cabinet

Love this grill! My hope is it will live longer than the typical 4 years that I get out of a traditional grill. Since none of the drippings come in contact with any of the burners etc I really think it may last! I love that this version comes with a lid and I also plan to cover it with a grill cover when not in use. Be sure to watch the YouTube video on how to properly season and maintain the griddle surface and this grill should last a lifetime! I love the style and the storage capacity. The size of the cooking surface is amazing and I love grilling vegetables and other small items and not losing them through the grated like i did on my old grill. Lots of recipe videos on YouTube look great and I can't wait to try them! The finish seems more durable for my hot and humid environment than the traditional stainless steel finish on other grills. It doesn't seem like it will rust and pit like my previous grills did. We shall see!

I was glad to find this griddle; they were hard to find in stock. I am very pleased with its performance so far; the best steaks I have every had on a home grill, juicy and very tasty!!!!

I have done research on griddles for over a year trying to decide which griddle I was going to spend my money on. This griddle is everything I expected and more! 1. The cabinet is very well built and comes assembled in the box (you will need a truck to get this home as the packaged box is over 4' x 4', and weighs well over 100lbs) Easy slide drawers that are big and deep enough to store all of the griddle accessories! The smooth opening lid with sturdy hinges, and two caster wheels and two set wheels make it easy moving. The only thing I feel could be better/stronger is the magnet on the propane tank door as it opens easily when I move the griddle from my garage to my patio. 2. The rolled steel on this griddle is amazing! I watched YouTube videos (I highly suggest) about how to season my new griddle. I went with Avocado oil as it has the highest smoking point of any oil and that is all I use for cooking and baking. I spent about 45 minutes (5 coats of oil) seasoning the griddle until it turned a beautiful black on almost the entire surface except about 1.5 inches in the front and the very corners. This tells me that the once heated, it heats evenly. 3. Very well packaged, directions were easy to follow with very little assembly, you will need two people and it only takes about 20 minutes to fully assemble. 4. Even after the seasoning I still needed some oil for cooking as the first food we cooked was pancakes and eggs. I would highly recommend this griddle to anyone looking to make a long term investment. I was tired of purchasing a new grill every two years because the burners were destroyed due to use. A griddle eliminates the need for this because nothing ever touches the burners! After much research I decided to buy this grill as a birthday present to myself. I have had the grill for a year, and have had zero problems with it. The pro series finish is much more appealing than the standard black stones. It looks amazing. Very simple to use and clean. My family loves chicken tenderloins and veggies cooked on this grill. I have routinely cooked philly cheese steaks, fajitas, and chicken fried rice on this flattop. After buying this, I rarely use my other grills. I would recommend always setting to lower temperatures, due to the burners heating up quickly. My only complaint is the balls bearings for the drawers fall out when the drawer is removed.

Great product. I just love this griddle. My gas grill is feeling a bit lonely since I bought this almost a year ago. It is well built. I bought this model because of the drawer storage. They keep all my grill and griddle accessories nearby. The paper towel holder is the best accessory on this. Easy to clean, easy to get ready. So why the 4 stars instead of 5? Well, 5 stars has to be perfect. I needed to add a shield at the back of the drain cup to keep the food and grease from landing on my patio. Next, I wish there were levelers on the wheels as a grill should be pretty level. Last, it would have been nice if the drawer slides were full extension. So really, 4.5 stars.

If your shopping for a Blackstone Griddle, this is the one you want! First off, if your picking this up, be warned it is in a very large box and is very heavy. We had to to take it out of the box to get it into our SUV, and it took 3 of us to lift it. The griddle is close to 90% pre-assembled, so you'll just be putting on the wheels, drawer handles, and placing the grill section on top. I did all of this myself until it was time to lift the griddle top onto the base. There are very few screws you will need to attach, and they are in slightly odd places that make it a bit difficult. An example are the door handles, which are inset, and it's very easy to drop a screw in the actual door casing, which I did, and took 5 minutes to get it out. I highly suggest using a Philips with a magnetic end to hold the screw while placing it in the hole. The last piece I attached was the grill lid handle, and up to this point, this was a 5 star review. The two screws on the one side would not go all the way through so that the washer was flush with the inside lid. After about 25 minutes of trying to figure out why, I finally notices that the inside lid frame was bent/curved so that both sides were not identical. There was no visible damage to the outside of the lid or unit, so this was definitely a flaw not caught at the factory. I fixed this issue by omitting the washers, and tightened the bolts on one side without them. No major issue, just a major waste of time trying to figure out what was wrong. The quality looks amazing, and this thing is a beast. The drawers have plenty of space, and the paper towel holder and side trash bin will be a welcome addition.

Horrible so far. When the packaging was opened we discovered many damaged parts. It's odd because the box had no damage. Anyway this weighs over 250 lbs so it's not something you can return easily. Per Blackstone we registered the product and took photos of the damage. We sent them to their support email as advised on their website. That was 10 days ago and we have not heard from them. We also called their support number but that's a recording that puts you on hold and eventually hangs up on you. I'd love to review the product but I can't use it due to their terrible customer service.

We drove over 4 hours to pick up this purchase just to come home and unbox dented griddle. This is cheaply made and I’m very upset that we spent over $600 on this!

unit has MULTPLE damaged areas, box damaged when picked up a bit but there is damage on all sides - lid, top of main body, back, sides, drawer front. Having a hard time understanding how this could be damaged in sop many locations. Have not tried griddle.
