Blackstone ProSeries 5 Burner 28" Propane Griddle with Range Top

5 stars is for the grill not Walmart online services for The Denver Supercenter on Quebec St. Makes me wonder if they do that with my grocery order too. This grill is amazing, I absolutely love it. What i don't like is being told it was out of stock when it was time for me to pick it up after ordering it online, only to find out that it was not out of stock and like it said when i ordered it 1 was available, they just didn't wanna pull the order. They did that with every grill i ordered because of unavailability go to the store only to find out that every one i ordered was there in stock

Couple little irritants in assembly. First the cover for burners was dented. Clearly Factory caused issue. Second, single screw was missing from handle requiring me to buy a single screw and spend the time getting it. With that said, the unit is very nice, spacious, and performs as expected. Walmart did it's job well. The minor assembly issues were factory issues and Blackstone is addressing.

Overall I really like the quality and look of this blackstone for the price. The drawers are really nice to store all your accessories and the door hides the propane tank. This grill just looks really good sitting on the deck. My biggest complaint is that the heat distribution is pretty bad honestly. After seasoning the grill and using it probably atleast 20 times I have not gotten the back two corners to turn black. There is just no heat back there. Attached is a picture just proving my point. Im not disappointed in the purchase of this grill but I wish I had full cooking surface usability on an already somewhat small area (28in).

I ordered this online when I went to Walmart to pick it up the box showed some damage, I told the employee about it and said, ohh it's ok there is no damage to the product. When I got home there is a dent on the top cover, I would like it to be replaced. Walmart does not answer the phones. I need help Thanks

The griddle is amazing but the rest of the grill is cheaply made and I'm very disappointed with this blackstone grilled, I bought it because it was exactly the kind of grill that I was looking for but after about six months I'm already realize it's will not last although I bought a black stone cover to protect it, it's already start peeling off in about six months.

The quality has taken a severe turn for the worse with Blackstone. We have a 5 year old Blackstone that is still perfect, the new one is a joke. Rivets missing, screws stripped, parts missing, top won't sit level, pieces all dented and bent up, just a complete joke for the cost.

I drove over an hour to pick up the item in a 103 degree temperature to get this item. I went to this location to pickup the item because it was the only place to pick it up. When I picked up the box it was damaged and the person who put it in my car said it was like that when he got it. I brought the item home which is a very heavy item. When I opened the box the wheels was missing. So I called the Walmart service center and customer service they kept on putting me on hold and transferring me every where. No one would help me. When I would call they would even hang up the phone on me. This was a Father's Day gift but they don't want to help at this facility or they just generally have poor customer service

There are several deep scratches and big dents in the grill when we were putting it together. Not happy for how much we paid and because it's so heavy it would suck to have to unassembled and return.

Upon opening our Griddle it was very clear that this grill had been dropped or thrown off of a truck. Major dents/cracks in everything. Walmart service center could not “swap it” or “give an immediate refund” even though it was picked up in-store. Highly disappointed in this order.

Finally had time to open the box to put our grill together for the 4th and sure enough the side was badly dented. We handled with care getting it home and storing it. The dent appears to be something I'd expect from warehouse machinery. Extremely disappointed.
