This item was out of stock all summer and finally became available again. Completes my Blackstone patio. I love the storage drawers and the prep surface.
We love our other Blackstone products but this one did not live up to our expectations. It took 3 hours to put together. The lid did not line up and the right latch would not shut. It came out of the box (packaged very well) scratched up. When we opened the bottom right door there are these welding knots inside that stick out that rubbed the door scratching the paint right down to the metal. Very poor design there. Great idea but poor design. For the price I can’t say it’s worth it. Like another reviewer said, so do you take it apart, pack it up and take it back!?!?! I’ve reached out to Blackstone for a replacement door or a solution.
I have no idea how people are giving this 5 stars. I love the idea and love the concept. Put together, it is structurally sound and looks great but the sink is a nightmare. The adaptive piece is ridiculous. Had to get several other adaptive pieces from Lowe’s to get it to fit to the water hose. IT WILL NOT STOP LEAKING from the adaptive piece that came with it. The sink in my opinion is useless. Overall the other areas are awesome but the sink is the main reason for purchasing this item
Overall this is a great idea of a product but quality control issues and better idea execution are holding it back. First on quality control- this is my second Blackstone purchase in the past 4 months where parts were missing. In this case the nut to receive a screw in the leg was missing. Customer service was great but part is back ordered and no indication on how to to get it. Latches for the lid are very cheap and dont hold. I was excited about the sink but on the poor idea execution they should have made the faucet and drain use standard garden hose threaded connections (wont most people be using this on their patio next to the hose bib?) instead faucet and drain are both different sizes and the manual doesnt even indicate what size fittings youll need. I still think this is a great idea overall but would really like to see blackstone pay closer attention to quality and details on their so called pro series line.
Very poor quality for the price! I own an embarrassing number of Blackstone products, and this does not live up to their normal standards! Flimsy construction, scratched and scuffed parts, missing pieces (a receiver nut in the base of the unit) and parts that just don't fit together nicely (latches on the hood don't line up - took some man handling to get other pieces to fit together). Also the huge issue where the faucet and drain are not just threaded to fit a standard garden hose. It's disappointing overall. It does look nice, it moves easily, and hopefully it wears well... but overall, I'm not thrilled. Also, as someone else stated, the 28" ProSeries cover does fit perfectly on it. So that's one good thing.
Bought this for my husband for Father’s Day. I was SOOO excited to get this together for us to use. Took over 6 hours to assemble due to 90% of pieces being bent and not fitting correctly. Stainless was scratched. Overall very disappointed in this purchase. Being brand new, this should’ve been in perfect condition. Some pics attached. They don’t show the true nature of how bent and out of whack this product is. This could be amazing.
Product came pretty banged up. I was able to straighten most of the bent parts, paint is bubbled which makes me think there is rust underneath. If I would have purchases from a store I would have returned it.
By far the worst product Blackstone has produced, nothing aligns when you put it together, way too many parts, and all the large panels come bent or damaged. The small drawers will not align due to the poor production quality of the material, the large storage door suffers from that as well. I have to return mine because it does not function properly. Instead buy the Cuisinart sink cart, not the best, but the sink is.
Very flimsy for a blackstone product item is made really cheap I bought this took almost 3 hours to put together when I open the top up the entire stainless steel top is scratched up. Customer service says take it all apart put back into box and bring back like really and I had to drive over an hour to get it
Overall quality- it’s ok on the metal thickness and quality of the product itself. Definitely well below the quality you’d expect from Blackstone. The stainless top has two support beams that run under it. Those beams are hot glued on. Literal hot glue. They fell off at some point sitting outside. I did have a cover on it. The LED light takes 8 AA batteries. 8! The cabinet is kind of small. You can’t fit pellet bags in there. I never hooked up the sink to try it, but the faucet is plastic and I seriously doubt it will last if you put a cover on it when winter comes around. There are WAY better options at this price point. You can get a wood topped tool box for this price. A good sized on too. The customer service- Unfortunately I received a damaged item. The box was beat up pretty badly. So I registered my product and filled out the online support form to get replacement parts for what I couldn’t fix myself. I got no response. Over the course of the next 2 weeks I tried online chat (during business hours) calling (hung up after 30 minutes) and contacting them via Walmart. I got zero response from them. Contacted Walmart and the only thing they could do is have me return it. Spent an hour taking it back apart and trying to repackage it back into the beat up box it came in. I have little doubt FedEx will finish this box off en route to Blackstone. This item went on sale for $100 off. So in a last ditch effort to avoid having to pack it up to ship it back I called Blackstone and finally got through! She pulled up all of my pervious correspondence, confirmed no one replied, and apologized. I asked if I could get discounted price, she said it’s up to Walmart. I called Walmart and they said since it was purchased on the “marketplace”it was up to Blackstone. So I’m returning it. During disassembly I noticed the support beams had fallen off the bottom of the table after being in the sun while I took parts off. It’s actually hot glue holding those on…smh.
