This is a beautiful watch and does exactly what it says it's going to do and the price is ridiculously affordable perfect gift item .I chose this one for my husband and he can't stop looking at it and playing with all the different features he was very happy with it . You have a flash light a compass it can take your blood pressure and has all different exercise modes on it . It has a find my phone feature and different styles you can program into the watch face the band is super comfortable we love it .I included a few pictures ..

Wow! The look and quality of the watch is great! The green watch band is a perfect color. The fit is good for my wrist. It does as good a job as the more expensive ones.

This watch technology is a good example of quit while you are ahead. They have a decent enough watch with a good battery life and it has a built in flashlight that is bright enough for such a small flashlight. However it has a lot of scammy technology built in like the blood pressure monitor and pulseoximeter that are completely bogus. Also you cant change hte time in the setting you have ot sync it to your phone. Speaking of phone the built in microphone and speaker are really poor quality.
