Run Away. Support sucks
I got the cam professionally installed. Its been 45 days been noticing the cam gets restarted after 30-45 mins of driving. To see its the heat. Called support. 1st time when I asked the agent for the manager he hung up. 2nd time when I talked to the agent, there are no managers. As for the agent this is normal due to outside / inside heat and usage. so it was 64' outside and less than 73 inside the car. But the device restarts @ 167 degrees leaving the usage. They want me to lower from 4K etc. Why do I pay for a device and use half of the it? and the usage you for real telling me a dash cam can be offline? come on now!
