This is a good quality item. I personally do not like the taste but it's easy to get past. Each herb included is very beneficial and I would recommend taking this.

I purchased this product because I deal with Nocturia, (night time urination). The product did nothing to relieve or slow down the constant waking up to visit the bathroom. I have tried many herbal formulas, and a fair number of prescription meds for Nocturia, and none of them worked. While this product may work for some individuals, it gave me no relief.
