Solid bike but the seat is very very uncomfortable. Would have given it 5 starsiff not for the uncomfortable seat.

If you're under 5'5" don't get the bike. I am 5'2" and have to stand on the balls of my feet at the lowest setting and even then I'm barely reaching. The seat is highly uncomfortable. Its basically metal with a thin fabric covering, zero padding. The arm rests have a no slip grip surface, but once again metal with zero padding. I am a little concerned about the ratio of base width vs bike height. It feels a little wobbly when I try to go fast, so I do feel like I have to take more care about not swaying the bike a lot while on a fast pedal. Personally I want to return it on the comfort alone. If it isn't comfortable I don't see myself using it. It does come with wheels that you can tilt the bike on to move it around, but the bike is very heavy. While you can move it and the wheels do help, I wouldn't plan on having it move it much. I was really lucky that I didn't lose parts. The package that the spare parts came in was opened and loose in the box. The box itself had multiple large holes in it that those little pieces could have fallen through, but that's probably more of an issue with the shipping service.
